Company Description:

Advanced Engineering Services (AES) is a leading Independent Service Provider to


Owners and Operators of Technological Equipment across Power Generation,
Petrochemical, Industrial and Environmental Equipment Markets. AES is in other
words, a Design and Services Company for Power plants, Oil & Gas Energy Sectors
and Environmental markets covering Boiler and Power Generation Equipment,
Pressure Vessels, Piping, Civil & Structural, Electrical, Instrumentation & Automation
(EIA) disciplines. It’s spectrum of services covers basic engineering, detailing, staffing,
due diligence, inspection, expediting, site advisory services etc., Established in 2020,
by a group of eminent engineers who had previously worked for more than three
decades in the Power and O&G industries.

We are currently looking for Engineers / Diploma holders for the following positions
to join our team based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu India,

 Drafting – Structural steel.


 Drafting – Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC).

Project:

 Currently, we are envisaging several projects to be awarded and we require


someone who can work with our leads and senior team members and our
counterparts.
 This is augmenting to the existing team of Engineers and Designers.

Job Description:

Responsibilities & tasks:

 Execute work in compliance with the project requirements and the Company’s
quality system.
 Civil structural studies and preparing sketches for Drafting.
Engineering deliverables such as Layouts, GADs, Assembly drawings, Single part drawings &
RCC detail drawings in AutoCAD 2D.
 Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and plans in accordance with project
specifications, codes, and industry standards.
 MTO preparation and checking
 Ensures efficient utilization of software in the team
 Optimize the engineering and design process in terms of manhours, schedule
and quality.
 Any other activities assigned by Lead or HOD
Required Qualifications:

The candidate shall have:


 DME or Bachelor of Engineering in Civil or equivalent degree from recognized university with
minimum of 3 years of experience from Structural Steel and RCC .
 Knowledge of / exposure to drawings and documents like Steel Structural buildings and RCC
buildings used in Power, Oil & Gas industry, Commercial buildings, Bridges, etc.
 Knowledge and experience with various ASME Codes and relevant standards, etc.,
 Exposure in Structural Steel, layout, and RCC concepts.
 Have knowledge of 2D tools like ACAD.
 Knowledge of 3D Modeling and analysis software like STAAD or TEKLA, etc. will be an added
advantage.
 Strong verbal and written communication skills; good organizational and time utilization skills.
 Ability to work independently and within project teams.
 Strong computer knowledge including Microsoft Office products.
 A Good team player who communicates well, open / transparent and takes
 initiative - Interpersonal skills to be able to work in a multi-disciplinary environment.
 Takes ownership and responsibility for his / her deliverables.
 Willing to learn and grow.
 Valid International passport without any legal obligations in terms of obtaining visa.
