7. The venue TGT (P&HE)or any teacher of that Vidyalaya will be on duty for coordinating the
coaching camp for team games of boys and girls for under 14 and 17 and will make all
necessary arrangement for local Ifriendly matches with near by schools.
8 At least 3 to 4 friendly matches are to be organized during the coaching camp, before the
team leaves for the national sports meet, with KVteams or non-KV teams. Refreshment
may be provided to teams with whom the friendly matches are organised and expenditure
may be met out of WN of the Venue KV.

The coaching camp venue Principals will relieve the escort teachers along with the
participants to the venue of KVS NSM 2024.
10. All students should carry downloaded entry form and students ID card.
11. No objection certificates of the participants may be retained in the concerned Vidyalaya.
