Receptionist: Good afternoon. Welcome to The Nobel Nook Hotel.

I’m (name),
receptionist. How may I help you?
Client: Hi, good after. I'd like to make a reservation for the third weekend in September.
R: Sure, Sir. May I know the specific date of your reservation?
C: Well. I would like to reserve a room on 25th for 3 days. Do you have any vacancies?
R: Yes sir, we have several rooms available for that particular date.
C: Great!
R: How many people is the reservation for Sir?
C: There will be two of us, with my beautiful wife.
R: And would you like a room with twin beds or a double bed?
C: A double bed, please.
R: Great. And would you prefer to have a room with a view of the Mt. Mayon Volcano?
Plus a mini bar and a coffee/tea making facilities?
C: If that type of room is available, then why not? I would love to have a Mt. Mayon
Volcano view. Plus drinking a hot coffee to rest and relax.
R: Great Sir! I hope you and your wife will enjoy it. Btw sir, this room is a suite room only.
C: Sure! May I know the rate of the room?
R: The room is 30k per night only. Now Sir, what name will the reservation be listed
under?
C: Oh nice! Just name it Rico.
R: And is there a phone number where you can be contacted Mr. Rico?
C: Yes, my cell phone number is (cp number)
R: May I know the mode of payment you want Sir? We have cash, credit card and bank
transfer.
C: Credit card
R: Great. Now I'll need your credit card information to reserve the room for you. What
type of card is it?
C: Visa. The number is 987654321.
R: Alright, Mr. Rico. To sum up, your reservation has been made for the 25th day of
September for 2 nights in 3 days, which it cost of 60k only which is the suite room, and a
room with a double bed and view of the Mt. Mayon. Check-in is at 2 o'clock in the
afternoon. If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to call us. Are the
information being right Sir?
C: Yes exactly!
R: Do you have any special request sir?
C: None, it’s all good and no problem as well. Thank you so much.
R: My pleasure. We'll see you in September, Mr. Rico. Have a nice day and be blessed!
