Letter of Recommendation

It gives me a great pleasure to write this recommendation letter in favor of Mr. Tigabu Yaya for
admission of his postgraduate program into your prestigious University. I knew him Mr. Tigabu
since 2016 as my colleague working in University Gondar.
Since the time I knew him, I have worked closely with Mr. Tigabu at the department of Electrical
and computer engineering for many years and can attest to his outstanding character and work
ethic. In this department, Mr. Tigabu offers many courses like: computer programming with C++,
Data Structures and algorithms, Emerging technologies, embedded systems, and microcomputers
and interfacing etc. for undergraduate students. He is unquestionably one of the ablest teachers in
the institution, and his work in the university consistently reflected a level of insightfulness and
attention to detail that is unique to Mr. Tigabu.
Mr. Tigabu is also active in participating in the extracurricular activities of the University. He
actively participates on technology transfer projects, community services and campus annual
seminars. He is a team player who could always be counted on to put in more than his share of the
work. In this matters, his reports are always prepared on time, and has stood out among his peers
for this eagerness to engage in the process of the activities.
Mr. Tigabu is also made a good impression on me due to his pleasant personality. Certainly, He
appeared to get on well with classmates and teachers at all times, and I imagine he will do the same
in your institution if he manages to win the scholarship offer. Mr. Tigabu was a true pleasure to
have him as a colleague.
As the Faculty of Technology is opened only few years back, we have a very shortage of staff
with 2nd and 3rd degrees; we greatly demand such opportunities for further postgraduate studies. In
this regard, I strongly recommend Mr Tigabu Yaya Gishene for a postgraduate study in your
esteemed University. I would like to assure that he will accomplish his studies and his research to
