Foundation Day Script
Ms. Nina: Ladies and gentlemen, students, our dear parents, faculty, and staff.
Ms. Kate: in the first place, why do we celebrate foundation day every year? It is
because this is the day that we commemorate the history and achievements of the
school.
Ms. Nina: We believe that celebrating foundation day is one of the grandest and
most highly anticipated events of the year. When we were students, we were
always looking forward to foundation day
Ms. Kate: Because it’s a time when we can participate in all sorts of activities and
have fun with our friends…… Today we present to you the different performances,
showcasing, creativeness and talents from our teachers and students.
Ms. Nina: To formally begin the program this morning, May I request everyone to
please stand and feel the presence of the Lord for the Doxology prayer to be led by
our Librarian, Ms. Armida Dujali.
Ms. Kate: You may now all be seated. Now, Let’s start this celebration, are you
ready? Alright, let us all hear the intermission of our GA Band, starring with
Zefaniah for the drums, Sir Andrew for the trombone, Vahn for the trumpets, Ms
Kylyn and Sir Jordan for the acoustic guitar.
Ms. Nina: Sir Raphael for the bass Guitar, Gian for Violin, our very own vocalists,
Sir Ed, Ms. Myra , and Elyza Erandio and for keyboard Sir Emmanuel
Gondraneos. Let us all sing along and move to the grove of their music. Let’s give
them a round of applause.
Ms. Kate: Thank you so much GA Band for the wonderful Intermission number.
Ms. Nina: And now, hindi naman magpapahuli ang ating mga Teachers. Let us all
welcome to the Dance Group of our selected Teachers to showcase their dance
moves.
Ms. Kate: Let us enjoy their performance. Let’s give them a round of applause.
Ms. Nina: Thank you so much teachers for those groovy moves. Syempre kung
kaya ng teachers na sumayaw, paano pa kaya ang ating mga students?
Ms. Kate: Nako Ms. Nina, never magpapahuli ang ating mga students pagdating sa
sayawan.
Ms. Nina: And now to make things even livelier, let us all witness the intermission
prepared of our Dance Group of our selected students. Let’s give them a round of
applause.
Ms Kate: Thank you for that intermission number starting the GA Band with the
selected teachers and students, our Dance Group of the selected teachers and
selected students. Once again Let’s give them a round of applause.
Ms. Nina: At this point, we are about to proceed to the presentation of our
Intermediate students. I know that all of you are waiting to see and watch your
child dancing on stage. Today you are going to see some jaw-droppingly amazing
performances.
Ms. Kate: Let’s start. Be ready for our 1st performer, who will now dance to the
song “Better when I’m Dancing”. May we call on stage our Grade 4 – Edison
under Mr. Marc Alex Grueso their adviser. Let’ give them a round of applause.
Ms. Nina: Thank you so much Grade 4 – Edison, for your performance. Please
stay on stage to take a picture with your adviser. Next in line be ready, kasi
handang-handa na nilang ipa-feel ang Christmas vibes sa atin.
Ms. Kate: ohhh, Kaya naman ano pang hinihintay natin. Let’s watch their dance
move with the music of “Last Christmas”.
Ms Nina: May we call on stage our Grade 5 – Saturn under Ms. Jamie Tulang their
adviser. Let’ give them a round of applause.
Ms. Kate: Thank you so much Grade 5 – Saturn, for your performance. Please stay
on stage to take a picture with your adviser. Now let’s move on to our next
performer na handang-handa na din para sa Christmas.
Ms. Nina: Alright, let’s start watching their dance move with the music of “All I
Want for Christmas is You”.
Ms. Kate: May we call on stage our Grade 5 – Venus under Ms. Roxanne
Lumibao their adviser. Let’ give them a round of applause.
Ms. Nina: Thank you so much Grade 5 – Venus for your performance. Please stay
on stage to take a picture with your adviser. Let’s break the monotony of the
program. As we welcome our dear student to perform her exciting special number.
She won in Camprisa Literary Musical Competitions, Riprisa Provincial Literary-
Musical Competitions, and NAPSPHIL National Musical Competition 2023, and
this students is none other than Priya Kaur Singh from Grade 4 – Copernicus. Let’s
give her a big round of applause.
Ms. Kate: What a wonderful special number Priya. Congratulations for all your
achievements. Once again, Let’s give her a round of applause.
Ms. Kate: Now it is time for us to see the groovy performances of the intermediate
level. For our next performer, let us now watch Mrs. Lea Panao’s Grade 6 – Rizal
dance to the beat of “Jingle Bells”. Let’s give them a round of applause.
Ms. Nina: Thank you so much Grade 6 – Rizal for your performance. Please stay
on stage to take a picture with your adviser. And now we are doen to our last
performers. Let’s hype this festive event with Taylor Swift’s “Shake it Off”
performed by Grade 4 – Copernicus under Mr. Zen James Dilao their adviser. Let’s
give them a round of applause.
Ms. Kate: Thank you so much Grade 4 – Copernicus for your performance. Please
stay on stage to take a picture with your adviser. Once again thank you
Intermediate students for giving your best in our annual Foundation day ceremony.
Ms. Nina: On this special day, I would like to extend our gratitude to our dear
parents, who serve as a pillar of support for their child. We believe that dance is
one of the most sacred art forms, as if goes much beyond the usual shaking of
hands and legs.
Ms. Kate: for us, dance is a way to express your emotions and feelings without
having to speak anything. In fact, in ancient times, dancers were considered to be
the messengers of God. Through dance, we can express ourselves and tell stories in
a creative, yet impactful manner.
Ms. Nina: Ladies and gentlemen, this concludes our 42nd Foundation day
Ceremony. Once again Thank you students and thank you also to the proud parents
of our students.
Ms. Kate: Thank you everyone for joining us today. Once again, I am Ms. Kate
Velasquez.
Ms. Nina: and I am Ms. Nina Erika Quimpo, giving you my warmest thanks as
your Master of Ceremony.
