CHAPTER 1
Fiverr Arbitrage 101 At A Glance
Welcome to Chapter one, where we will talk about Fiverr arbitrage at a glance. In this
introductory chapter will cover all the essential information you need to know about selling
micro gigs on Fiverr with zero skills, whether using arbitrage or fulfilling it by yourself.
According to the Fiverr press release in 2021, active buyers on Fiverr keep increasing year over
year by 43%. The buyer spending also increases 23% year over year, which means you can sell
even more expensive services on Fiverr.

EBIZSTRATEGIC.COM | FIVERR ARBITRAGE DECODE & CONQUER GIG ECONOMY
The pandemic itself has a great impact on increasing demand for hiring freelancers. It means
more employers looking to hire freelancers online.
Based on the data above, Fiverr is currently the best marketplace platform you can utilize to get
active buyers who are ready to purchase your gig.
When you get an order from the client, you will outsource it from another website outside
Fiverr or use software to fulfill the order.
Several free/ paid software will enable you to deliver specific services without having the skills
at all. I will talk about this part further in the next chapter how you can do that.
So, I could say you will be like a middle man. It's the same business model as Uber, Lyft, Airbnb,
and Expedia.
You can earn additional income by selling micro gig (micro job) either fulfilling by yourself using
the help of a software or outsourcing it from other websites/freelancers.
Selling micro gig on Fiverr allow you to get paid by doing a small task. There are so many micro
gigs that you can do on Fiverr, such as 3D ebook cover mockup, ebook cover design, whiteboard
animation, cartoon video, mini logo design, article writer, QR code generator, etc.
Don’t worry! Those skills are easy and don’t require any advanced skills. We will discuss more
gig ideas to sell with zero skills in Chapters 3, 9, and 10.
1.4 How to know which gig category is in super high demand right now
After you have the basic knowledge about Fiverr arbitrage, it's time to learn which gig (service)
category is currently in super high demand on Fiverr. The answer to this question is simply to
see the Fiverr home page!
As seen from the picture below, several gigs categories are recommended on the Fiverr home
page.
As you can see, website design, WordPress, logo design, and NFT art are the most popular gig
categories on Fiverr with high demand and high competition. Please kindly note that you don't
have to sell the gig in those categories.
I will show you the other way to find high demand with low competition gig, so you have a
higher chance to rank your Gig on Fiverr's first page. I just want to let you know what is
currently in the hot demand services category on Fiverr.
If you have any specific skills related to those gig categories above, it will be great for you to
start selling micro gigs related to those categories.
CHAPTER 2
Mastering Fiverr Arbitrage Business Model
Let's say, you don't have the graphic design skill to use Adobe PhotoShop (PS). You may end up
not selling services related to graphic design jobs like Youtube cover, Youtube thumbnail,
Facebook cover, IG post, Pinterest pin image, etc.
But, the story will be different If you know graphic design platforms like Canva, which is free
and super easy to use for anyone who doesn't require any graphic design skills. You can create
a logo, banner, poster, any design image in only 5 minutes easily! It's super easy to use.
Unfortunately, so many people still don't know about Canva yet. Hence, people will prefer to
recruit freelancers to do the job. Canva is created to help anyone who feels overwhelmed with
complicated graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop (PS) or CorelDRAW.
You're lucky in this ebook. I will reveal so many services that you can deliver on Fiverr with zero
skills. Hence, it will open your mind about the opportunity offered in this gig economy, so you
can tap into the market and earn money from it!
Next, I will explain to you the basic concept of fulfilling the order when doing Fiverr arbitrage.
There are three ways you can pursue to fulfill the order, as seen from the picture below.
On the other hand, there is also software that needs you to do certain work which helps
leverage your skill like an expert, such as Canva, which is helping you to create a logo design,
banner, and social media content. Using Canva will turn you into a pro graphic designer without
having to master Photoshop and CorelDRAW.
Another example of fulfilling the order with the help of software will be creating a whiteboard
animation video. Doodly software can help you create stunning whiteboard animation videos
for your client without using complex software.
Nowadays, so many websites and apps on the internet can help you do a specific task that can
accommodate your lack of skills.
2.1.2 Fulfill Method 2: Outsourcing from other websites outside Fiverr.
The second method will be to fulfill the job by outsourcing it from another website such as
Seoclerks, iWriter, Temi, SMM heaven, Seostore.net, etc. You will simply place an order on
those websites to fulfill the order when you get an order. Once those third-party websites have
finished the work, you will send the delivery to your client on Fiverr. This is super simple and
you don’t need to do any work!
2.1.3 Fulfill Method 3: Outsourcing from other Fiverr sellers
The third method will be to fulfill the order by outsourcing it from other freelancers on Fiverr. I
never used this method because I think it's harder to do internal drop servicing in the Fiverr
platform, especially at the beginning when you don't have any review yet on your Fiverr Gig.
You will need to ensure setting higher prices for a decent profit and make your fulfillment time
at least one day longer than your freelance supplier fulfillment time to make your operation
smooth.
Hence, in this ebook, we will only cover the fulfilling method using methods number one and
two only, which is easier and controllable.
Next, we will discuss the basic rule of thumb you need to understand when doing Fiverr
arbitrage.
Just ensure you understand how the service works and what terms you need to understand
regarding the service you will sell. So, when a client messages you. You will look like a
professional seller, which leads to getting an order.
2.2.2 Fulfillment time
The second rule of thumb is to set a longer fulfillment time than your supplier time (website
outside Fiverr) to fulfill the order. This is important, especially if you decide to fulfill the order
through outsourcing from other websites outside Fiverr.
YOUR FULFILLMENT TIME > SUPPLIER FULFILLMENT TIME
If you're the one who will fulfill the order by yourself using the help of software, then you can
estimate your own fulfillment time independently.
2.2.3 Pricing strategy
The third rule of thumb is about your pricing strategy. This is super important to ensure you
have a decent profit for every order you make on Fiverr.
Let's say you sell promoting Spotify song service for $15 (Basic Package), it means you will only
make $12 net (Remember Fiverr fee is 20%). So, just ensure that your fulfillment cost from
other websites will be below $12. Normally, I will outsource Spotify song promotion from
websites such as SMM Follow or SMM Heaven (I will talk more about the SMM panel website
in Chapter 9), which will cost me around $2-$3 to fulfill the order.
So, you will have a pure profit of around $10-$9 per order if the client orders your basic
package. Please kindly keep in mind that you're not doing any work to fulfill the job. No skills
and experience are required! This is the power of Fiverr arbitrage.
2.3 How about if you have a specific skill set that you can sell?
If you have a specific skillset such as graphic design, email marketing, building Shopify store,
accounting, copywriting, content writing, programming, Google SEO, etc. For sure, you can sell
your own skills (expertise) instead of doing arbitrage.
You don’t have to do arbitrage if you have your own skills. You’ll have more control since you’re
the one who does the job to fulfill the order. The only thing you need to learn is to set up your
gig and optimize it to get an order.
In the beginning, you will sell your service at a low price first to attract buyers trying your
service. Then, once you have collected several reviews, you can increase your price. The same
rule applied if you’re doing arbitrage
CHAPTER 3
How To Find Low Competition Gig With High Demand
Low competition keywords = Low number of services available on the Fiverr search results
based on the keyword queries.
It means there are not so many services available yet on the Fiverr search results, so it's easier
for your gig to rank and get found by buyers.
Finding low-competition keywords (low competition gigs) will guarantee you to easily rank on
Fiverr page 1, even without having reviews. Meanwhile, Fiverr also rotate gigs and gives new
sellers a chance to get views on their gigs.
The lower the keyword competition, the easier you will rank your gig.
Ensure the targeted low competition keyword can be found in the competitor's gig title, which
appears on the Fiverr search results.
"Design logo" keywords on Fiverr search results → 168.394 services available (hard to rank and
so much competition)
What does it mean by 168.394 services available?
“It means 168.394 gigs are offering design logo on Fiverr and have this keyword in their gig
title.”
It seems very tough competition to rank, isn't it? Don't worry
You can narrow down your niche by using a long-tail keyword on your primary keywords. So,
instead of designing a logo service, why not be more specific? Let's say you will deliver a design
wedding logo service.
Let's check again how the competition was on the Fiverr search results.
Design wedding logo → 11.481 services available (niching down, lower competition, easier to
rank)
Now you have lower competition which is only 11.481 gigs, by selling wedding logo service. The
same rule of thumb will be applied to other services. You'll need to narrow down your service
into more specific offer (niching down), so your keywords can rank easier on the Fiverr search
results due to lower competition.
If you don't have any ideas what keywords you want to add to your primary keyword. You can
use the Fiverr search bar recommendation. Let's say you type your primary keyword “design
logo” on the Fiverr search bar. Then, Fiverr will give you several long-tail keywords
recommendations ideas that are in high demand (people actively looking for that service).
Another way to find keywords ideas to narrow down your service is by seeing your competitor's
gig title on Fiverr search results. You will find new keywords ideas that you can use to narrow
down your gig competition.
Youtube Thumbnail Example: Let’s see another example Youtube Thumbnail gig
"Youtube Thumbnail" → 9429 services available (hard to rank and so much competition)
You need to niche down your offer for Youtube thumbnail to compete in lower competition
keywords.
You can find several keywords ideas to niche down your service from the Fiverr search bar. Let's
say you want to niche down your primary keywords Youtube Thumbnail service.
Based on the keyword suggestion above, you can see several recommendations from Fiverr for
Youtube Thumbnail. Fiverr recommends those keywords because so many people are looking
for that service.
Let's see for "Viral Youtube Thumbnail" service → 2102 services available (lower competition)
You can try adding another keyword such as "Beautiful Youtube Thumbnail" by seeing your
competitor's gig title on the Fiverr search results. It will give you an idea of another low-
competition keyword opportunity.
Both viral and beautiful Youtube thumbnail keywords are easier to rank by niching down.
Boho logo Example:
Let's try another logo design service such as boho logo.
"Design boho logo" → 1349 services available (Actually boho logo already niched down)
But you can offer a more specific service about the boho logo just to make you rank better
when someone searches for that specific offer. Let's get some ideas from the Fiverr search bar
suggestion.
As we can see, that botanical boho logo seems to have high demand on Fiverr. It's getting
recommended on the Fiverr search bar. If we check the keyword competition for design
botanical boho logo
"Design botanical boho logo" →740 services available (lower competition by niching down)
Well, eventhough you put your gig title with keyword design botanical boho logo, you will still
rank for boho logo keywords since you put it in your gig title. The difference is when someone
is looking for a botanical boho logo, your gig will be ranked higher than other sellers who don't
have the botanical keyword.
Also, you can find other keyword ideas which are not recommended on the Fiverr search bar
suggestion by seeing your competitor gig title. For example, you may find another untapped
keyword with low competition, such as designing a modern boho logo, even though the
demand seems not as big as the botanical boho logo. This is just to give you an idea of finding
an additional keyword to narrow down your offer.
It doesn't give you any information yet whether it is a high-demand gig on Fiverr or not. If you
used the keyword suggestion from the Fiverr search bar, it could be confirmed that the
keyword has a high demand.
But how about if you use another keyword that doesn't appear on the Fiverr search bar
suggestion? You'll need to validate the gig demand by yourself, which we will discuss in
Chapter 3.3.
3.2 The secret to ranking your gig on Fiverr first page as a new seller
The key secret to ranking your gig on Fiverr's first page as a new seller is simply to rank low
competition gigs with high demand. YES! Even if you don't have any reviews yet, it's possible as
long as the competition is super low. This way, people can easily find your gig easily on the
Fiverr search results due to the low competition gig.
Please kindly keep in mind finding a low competition gig doesn't mean it has a high demand.
You need to perform the next validation of whether the gig has a high demand on Fiverr or
not, which will be explained in the next sub-chapter below.
simply check the number of star reviews across all sellers on Fiverr page one. If you see that so
many sellers are getting a decent amount of star reviews on their gig, it's a high-demand gig!
Let's see another example of high demand and low competition gig, which is "mock up
interview."
It has 122 services available only, which is low competition and has high demand as we can see
so many sellers getting a decent amount of star reviews.
Next question: what if the gig has low competition and low demand? The answer is simple, the
gig on the first page will show many sellers with empty star reviews (no reviews), which means
no demand on this gig.
Let's see an example of a gig with low competition and low demand below for “lifestyle
mockup”
Based on the gigs example above, I think you have understood the basic fundamentals of
finding a gig with low competition and high demand. In the next sub-chapter, I will show you
several gig ideas with high demand and low competition as a reference for you.
Once you have gotten several reviews, you can start raising up your gig price for this service.
Don't worry about the cartoon animation work. There is a FREE software called Mango
Animate, which is easy to use.
There are so many templates you can use to create a 2D cartoon sales video based on the niche
category. So you will just need to choose the template based on your client niche. Then, you
just need to edit each scene based on your needs.
If you're confused about how to use the Mango Animate software, you can watch the step-by-
step tutorial on Youtube with a keyword mango animation tutorial.
Gig idea 2: Amazon storefront design
Many people start their business on Amazon as Amazon sellers. Therefore, they will need a
graphic designer who can create an Amazon storefront design for their Amazon shop. Using
Canva will be your best option to create an Amazon storefront design since there are so many
attractive and professional designs that you can use as a template, so you can work really fast.
You may be asking where you can get the icon picture on the Instagram post. First, you can
download the icon for free on cleanpng.com and flaticon.com. Then, you will use Canva to
create the IG post and upload the icon picture you have downloaded from those websites.
If you don't have any ideas what content you need to make for those niches. Simply jump into
Twitter and find Twitter accounts about cryptocurrency, forex, and fitness. Then, you can
convert their tweets into an infographic for your IG posts. So you will never run out of an idea
to create IG posts.
Some clients will require you to put their IG account logo at the bottom of the IG post. In this
case, you can download free Photoscape software or free website batchwatermark to mass
edit your IG post by adding the client's logo at the bottom of the IG post.
Gig idea 6: Magazine layout
Magazine layout has high demand with low competition on Fiver with 369 services available.
You don't need to worry about making a great layout for your client. If you're using Canva,
there are so many templates for magazine layouts you can use.
Don't worry since the Fiverr algorithm will rotate the gig that appeared on Fiverr's first page.
The great thing is as a new seller, you’ll also have a chance to get an impression. We will discuss
how to optimize your gig so you can rank better on Chapter 5.
You can use Canva free version to create Youtube Channel Art (Youtube Channel Header
Image). It's available under the Templates menu → Social Media → Youtube Channel Art
There are so many gigs that you can sell by using Canva. I would like to recommend you start
your free Canva account if you don't have it yet. If you're serious about delivering your services
with more premium templates, photos, graphic elements, videos, fonts, audio, animations
and, remove background features (generate PNG file). I highly recommend upgrading your
Canva account to Canva Pro, which is only $12.99 per month or $119.99 when paid annually. In
the end, Canva Pro is SO much better than the free version.
The answer is simply by checking the orders in the queue on the sellers with a high number of
reviews. You can expect that the sellers with a high number of reviews will represent the
current demand on Fiverr. Just open all the seller's gig, which has so many star reviews.
If you can find several sellers still have orders in the queue, it means that micro gigs are still in
demand to date. You’ll be safe if you want to sell that micro gig. The demand is still there in
real-time
Here is the benchmark number of orders in the queue. You’ll find that other sellers will have
orders in the queue of more than 10. It can be categorized as a super high demand micro gig.
Super High Demand > 10 Orders in Queue Across Several Sellers
High Demand 3-10 Orders in Queue Across Several Sellers
Last thing it’s good to perform a macro demand check to have a big picture of your micro gigs (services).
You can do a macro demand check using Google trend and SEM Rush free account (simply create your
account, it’s FREE to check the volume keyword, you have a free limited quota every day).
Google trend will give you information on the overall demand trend over the past few years. You want
to ensure the demand keeps increasing or evergreen with a sideways trend. Let’s see the demand trend
for removing the background.
As we can see starting from 2004 till to date, remove background trend keeps increasing. But how much
does the monthly volume search for remove background?
According to SEM rush, the monthly global volume for removing background is around 23.9M, which is
huge! If you’re selling a remove background micro gig on Fiverr, it’s an evergreen gig that will never die.
This is another validation outside Fiverr to see the macro demand, which can give you information on
the demand over the past few years and the volume of demand on Google.
Logically, some portion of the demand will find a freelancer on the website, such as Fiverr, to outsource
the work.
In a nutshell, here is the Framework you can use to find low competition and high demand micro gigs
on Fiverr.
You will find micro gigs which has a lot of star reviews across all the sellers but lack of
orders in queue, it may an indication that the demand is not as high as expected at the
current time.
The Demand May Already Declined = no orders in Queue Across Several Sellers
Super High Demand > 10 Orders in Queue Across Several Sellers
High Demand 3-10 Orders in Queue Across Several Sellers
You want to ensure that the micro gig you will sell still have demand to date, the
simple validation to check it in real-time is by checking the number of order in queue.
3.6 How about selling high demand and high competition gigs?
This is an interesting topic. Let me tell you my personal story, the first time I started my Fiverr
journey, I didn't understand how to find low competition gig with high demand, so I directly
launched my traffic gig as my first gig. I was aware at that time. The competition was so high for
the website traffic subcategory it's around 3K services available.
But, it was surprising that I could still get my first order by only submitting buyer requests. Even
when I submitted the buyer request and didn't get an order from it. I could still get sales from
the Fiverr search results. It means getting a review on your gig really helps to push your gig on
the Fiverr search page higher.
Besides, I realized that Fiverr sometimes rotates the gig, so new sellers will have a chance to get
traffic. Well, in my opinion, it's harder to rank high competition with high-demand gigs on the
Fiverr search results. But once you have successfully collected a decent amount of reviews on
your gig, which will be different for each gig category depending on the competition.
It will be worth it when you can rank high demand and high competition on Fiverr's first page.
You will keep getting consistent orders daily by entirely relying on Fiverr internal traffic only. So
my best advice is to launch a combination of low and high-competition gigs with high demand.
This way, you can diversify and test which one will bring more traction for your Fiverr account.
Remember, as new sellers. You can create a maximum of seven gigs for different services.
Here is one example of a gig with high competition and high demand, which is Linkedin cover. It
has 2107 services available with so many-star reviews even above 1K+ (super high demand).
Even though it takes time to rank the high demand and high competition gig on Fiverr first
page. It's worth it for a long-term goal when you can rank it on Fiverr's first page. Play a long-
term game!
If you have specific skills that you can sell even though it's considered high competition. You
should not be scared to launch your gig. The Fiverr algorithm will give you a chance to be
shown in front of the potential buyer. It's what makes people love Fiverr since they will give
an impression to new sellers.
All you need to do is optimize your gig properly so when your gig is shown in front of the
potential buyers. They will tend to click on your gig thumbnail and place an order. We will
discuss more in deep how to optimize the gig to boost its sales in Chapters 5 & 6.
You can make serious money even only by selling one gig. In my case, I only have one gig, which
is my traffic gig that really took off and ranked on Fiverr page one. But, there is nothing wrong
with setting several gigs so you can earn more impressions and more orders coming in.
You can write the bonus on your gig description and package description. The key point here is
that adding something to make your offer has added value, so buyers will purchase from your
gig.
Giving a bonus on your gig is an underrated strategy since most sellers don't provide any
additional bonus on their gig package. You'll be standout if you offer a bonus on your gig
package. It can be extra services, ebooks, guides, notes, lists, consultations, tips, and tricks.
Just be creative to add more value to your gig.
CHAPTER 4
Fundamental Fiverr Gig Set-Up
I will leave it up to you regarding the profile picture. Please kindly keep in mind using your
profile picture doesn’t affect the algorithm or increase your sales conversion.
4.1.2 Username Set Up Consideration
You need to consider one thing when creating your username on Fiverr. If you use your
personal name or company name, you can sell any services like Google SEO, 2D video
animation, voice over, etc, even all of them are not in the same category.
But the case will be different when you put your username like seoagency. It means you’ll limit
yourself only to selling SEO-related services such as SEO audit reports, finding low competition
keywords, SEO optimized articles, Youtube SEO, etc.
EBIZSTRATEGIC.COM | FIVERR ARBITRAGE DECODE & CONQUER GIG ECONOMY 36
EBIZSTRATEGIC.COM | FIVERR ARBITRAGE DECODE & CONQUER GIG ECONOMY
If you create another gig that is outside the SEO category, like voice-over under your seoagency
account. It will make your gig looks not professional from the buyer's perspective. So, if you’re
truly confident want to focus on one specific niche, let’s say all about Amazon FBA. Then, you
can use a username that is concentrated on the Amazon service. It will help you to look
branded then general name.
Here is an example of a Fiverr seller who is using amazon keywords on his username. It means
he will only focus on selling Amazon FBA service-related. It will look unprofessional if he
launches a gig about the press release, which is out of his scope.
If you’re still not sure which niche you can focus on. Just use your name as a username. It gives
you more flexibility to sell any gigs category. So by using your name as a username, you can sell
any services even in a different category. Please kindly note that you can’t change your
username once the account is created.
4.1.3 The crucial part to boost your gig performance
Fiverr will rank you higher if you fill in all the basic information on your Fiverr seller profile.
That basic information includes profile description, languages, linked accounts, skills, education,
and certification.
You can explain who you’re, what you’re delivering, and your experiences on the profile
description.
In the skills section, you can put skills that are related to your service. Some skills need to be
verified by Fiverr, so you can take the certification test to get the green checklist. If you failed
the test, you could retake it until you passed the test.
As a new seller, you can enroll in the free course from “Learn from Fiverr.” Upon completion of
this free course, you will earn a badge from Fiverr, which is shown on your Fiverr profile.
This badge will build trust in your Fiverr account and give you extra exposure since you have
finished the basic course about starting freelancing on Fiverr. I highly recommend you enroll on
this free course before you create your first gig.
FYI, even Fiverr will give you an extra boost on Fiverr search results if you enroll in their
premium course on Learn from Fiverr. Why? Because Fiverr appreciates sellers who keep
upgrading their expertise, it makes them more professional in working with their clients.
You don’t have to enroll in the premium course from Fiverr at the beginning. You can still crush
it on Fiverr even without enrolling in the premium course. Later, when you earn more money
from Fiverr, then you can consider enrolling on the premium course.
category. If you’re not sure, you can spy on your competitor to confirm which category and sub-
category you should put for your gig.
Category
Sub-category
You’ll notice that the sellers use a different phrase for each tag, which can help their gig be
shown when buyers are looking for different keyword queries related to Instagram growth
service.

Ensure to make your standard and premium package more attractive so your client will tend
to grab the standard and premium package. As a new seller, you can set your basic package a
little bit lower than the competition to get your initial orders. For example, let's say other gigs
sell basic package at $30, then you can sell at $25. Later, when you have collected several
reviews, you can increase your price.
When writing their description, the deadly mistake that I found from most Fiverr sellers is explaining
why you need the service. Let’s say you sell about NFT art. You don’t need to explain why the potential
buyers need to start NFT art. This is the biggest common mistake most new Fiverr sellers make!
Remember, the potential buyers who search for the service on Fiverr already know and are fully aware
that they need that service (solution aware). So, your job in the gig description is to entice them with
why they need to order from you! (You need to make them aware which service they need to choose)
Let’s see an example of an unnecessary part on gig description explaining why you need Google SEO
service on your site.
The sentences inside the red box are unnecessary. You don’t need to explain why buyers need Google
SEO in order to get free traffic. The potential buyers coming to Fiverr looking for SEO service are already
fully aware of the benefit of Google SEO. That’s why they come to Fiverr and look for SEO services.
Instead, You should focus on what you can offer and why they need to hire you on Fiverr to do a
Google SEO job on the Wix website. Please don’t make this kind of mistake in your gig description!
Basically, the formula for winning description will be consist of several things below:
1) Add your target keyword in the first paragraph of your description (don’t overstuff your
target keywords/spamming). Even putting your target keyword one time only in your gig
description is enough to rank the gig.
2) Add related keywords about your service in the description to expand your reach
3) What you’re offering (in bullet point format) → What you’ll get from me
4) Why they should hire you? → Tell them what you can offer
5) Offer a bonus if buyers order from you
6) Add a Call To Action (CTA) like order now or message me
7) If you still have space, you can mention what you need from buyers to process the order
4.2.7 FAQ section
Ensure to add FAQ on every gig you have created. It’s an additional room for you to explain
more about your service and why buyers should choose you to compare with others.
Putting an FAQ section will be super helpful, especially if you’re positioning yourself as a buyer
who read your gig. You can put all possible questions that buyers will ask you. This is super
helpful, especially when you’re offline.
The buyer who has read the FAQ section will place an order directly without chatting with you.
You can get inspiration by simply spying on your competitor's FAQ.
If you need any free stock photos to be uploaded on Canva, you can use free websites such as
Pixabay and Freepik to find stock photos. If you’re a Canva Pro member, you will have
unlimited access to the high-quality and beautiful stock photos to be used.
PRO TIP: Rename your JPEG or PNG image file with the target keyword you want to
rank on Fiverr. Since Fiverr has high Domain Authority (DA), your gig image will rank on
the Google images search engine. It can help you to drive extra organic traffic to your
gig.
Here are Pro Tips for creating an attractive gig image (attractive gig thumbnail):
1. Check your competitor gig image colors. You will use different colors to stand out
2. Check your competitor keywords on their gig image. If most of them are not using the
number, you can add a number on your gig image to stand out.
3. Make your font big enough to make it readable
4. Don’t use too many keywords on your gig image, which is hard to read
Let’s see an example of an attractive gig image (red box) below that stands out in colors, font,
numbers, and design compared with other gig images.
According to Fiverr, promoting your gig in video format will increase user engagement to 40%
higher than other gigs which don’t use video to promote. This is because having a gig in video
format captures buyers’ attention to watch your gig video and eventually click your gig
instead of only gig image.
Most sellers didn’t promote their gig using video. So you’ll stand out on the Fiverr search
results. If you can’t afford to create a Fiverr gig video or don’t want to subscribe to any
software for only creating video promotion for your gig. In that case, I highly recommend you to
hire a freelancer on Fiverr who only charges you $5 to create an amazing promo video.
Normally, if your services delivery is related to video, it will be good to showcase your video gig
to attract buyer attention and see your work quality.
Chapter 5
Fiverr Gig Ranking Factor & Algorithm
When you reach this stage, all you need is to maintain your delivery performance. This is the
most rewarding moment that you can feel on your Fiverr journey. That's why you will see other
sellers who have many orders in queue will keep getting orders every day.
5.1.2 Factor 2: The number of reviews
The more reviews you have collected to your gig, the higher your gig ranking on the Fiverr
search page. So, you need to be patient and play for the long-term games. Just think of it as
your digital asset investment.
When you have so many reviews, orders will come easier than the gig, which only has several
reviews. Please keep in mind that Fiverr doesn’t allow you to ask clients to give positive reviews
or 5-star reviews. It’s because gig reviews really matter a lot on the gig ranking factor on Fiverr
search results.
Hence, if you need your first 5-star reviews for your gig, you need to know how to get the star
review correctly without getting any issues. We will discuss how to get your first positive review
safely more in-depth in Chapter 6.
5.1.3 Factor 3: Clicks and favorites
Getting clicks to your gig will help to boost your gig on the Fiverr search results. It's a sign for
the algorithm that your gig is attractive, so your gig will be pushed higher on Fiverr search
results. Ensure you have a catchy gig image or stunning gig video to grab the buyer's attention.
So they will tend to click on your gig when your gig.
The same thing is also with favorites. This one also counted as a ranking factor. Gig, which has
favorites tend to rank higher on the Fiverr search page. It's like a wishlist on eCommerce.
Getting yourself to remain online will tell Fiverr that you're a serious seller. Hence, the Fiverr
algorithm will push your gig, resulting in more chat and orders coming from the buyers. I see
more orders and chat coming to my gig when I keep opening a new tab for the Fiverr seller
center while working in front of a laptop/computer. You will tend to have less chat and order if
you never open your Fiverr seller center when working on a laptop/computer (online).
The same thing when you're not working in front of the laptop, you can tap into Fiverr apps on
your mobile phone for 2-3 sec just to refresh your online status to become green (online). Just
ensure you're visiting Fiverr frequently when you’re in your free time. It's really helpful to push
your gig on Fiverr search results. Remember Fiverr buyers will be available 24 x 7.
Anyway, it doesn't mean gig image was bad. You still can rank on Fiverr's first page even with
gig image only. So many sellers can rank on Fiverr's first page even with images only as their gig
cover.
I myself use Invideo to create videos on my gigs, which makes my gig look appealing on Fiverr
search results.
5.1.6 Factor 6: Keyword research by ranking low competition keyword
If you choose low competition keyword on Fiverr, your gig can be found easily on the Fiverr
search results when buyers search for the keyword terms. If you rank high competition
keywords, it will be very difficult to find your gig on the Fiverr search results due to so much
competition. Your gig may be ranked far behind. You will need to collect more reviews to
increase your rank on the Fiverr search results.
chance. This is something interesting on Fiverr since not all marketplace will have this kind of
rotation.
Here is one of my gig impressions which I think is getting gig rotation even I don’t have any
cancel orders or bad reviews.
When your gig at the lowest impression, it doesn’t mean your impression is zero. You still get
an impression but not as much as when your gig gets boosted. I still can get orders even when
my gig is at the lowest impression. So, don’t worry too much with gig rotation
Fiverr also has a filter on their search page for Newest Arrivals to feature new sellers. If you did
a great job as a new seller. The Fiverr editorial team will manually handpick a new gig with great
potential in which you will be granted temporary "Rising stars" badge.
Don't think too much about handpicking by the Fiverr Editorial team. Just do your best for every
order that comes to you since you can't control it.
5.2 The key secret to rank on page 1 Fiverr (Getting consistent order from Fiverr)
The key secret to ranking your gig on Fiverr's first page is getting as many reviews on your gig. It
will bring consistent orders every day if your gig already has so many positive reviews because
your gig will rank on Fiverr's first page.
Sometimes my gig was ranked on Fiverr's first or second page. I think it's just like rotation from
Fiverr.
In my case, when I have positive star reviews above 30+ for my traffic gig, it starts to kick off by
bringing me more orders in queue, which is super good for the algorithm to push my gig even
more. So the key here is having a sufficient amount of good customer reviews (5-star reviews)
on your gig. Here are the results of getting the ball rolling in from one gig only on Fiverr's first
page.
Please kindly note every gig has a different threshold to start ranking on Fiverr's first page,
depending on the gig competition. So even though you're still new sellers, you can also rank on
Fiverr's first page if you consistently collect positive reviews. Also, the more orders in queue,
the easier for you to keep getting orders coming in. Your gig will push higher on Fiverr search.
If you see that your gig is getting impressions and clicks but not converting (no orders). You will need to
collect reviews to build trust in your gig. Some buyers will tend to buy gigs after seeing positive reviews
on your gig.
Based on the framework above, you may never hear about Fiverr rotation (Re-Indexing). What is Fiverr
rotation? Basically, Fiverr wants to give new sellers a chance to show their gigs in front of potential
buyers. This is what makes Fiverr unique from other freelancing platforms. The re-indexing of gigs keeps
happening continuously, so you don't have to worry. You should be fine if you can keep getting orders
and getting positive reviews most of the time.
It will be impossible for Fiverr to put all the gigs on the Fiverr first page. This is why re-indexing or
rotation happens. This way, Fiver can give out a chance to every seller. When your chance comes, it's
your time to deliver the best work for your client, so you can make the Fiverr algorithm keep pushing
your gig on Fiverr search.
If the order needs to be canceled due to no information given from the buyer. Hence you can't process
the order. You can go to the resolution center requesting the Fiverr customer support to cancel the
order due to no response from the buyer. This one should be fine since it's not due to an unhappy
customer.
Fiverr already stated that canceling an order might affect your listing placement and cause you to lose
revenue. So you always need to maintain the completion order 100%. If you feel too late or have any
issue with your order delivery, then you need to extend the delivery. You can request to extend your
order through the resolution center.
CHAPTER 6
Fiverr Tips & Trick: Boost Sale 2x The RIGHT Way!
6.1 Fiverr Tips & Tricks to Boost Sales 2X the right way! 99% of people do it wrong
Okay, now you have launched your gig on Fiverr, your job is not done yet! You can do several
strategies below to boost your gig sales 2x.
6.1.1 Strategy 1: Review exchange or ask friend/family
First of all, I would like to emphasize that doing a review exchange violates Fiverr TOS. Even
though it's violating the TOS, you need to get your first review (5-star reviews) on your gig so
you can earn trust, and your gig will rank higher on Fiverr search. What really matters here is to
do it right correctly! So you will be safe.
There are two ways to get your first five-star reviews.
1. Ask your friends or family to buy your gig on Fiverr. Then you will pay them the money,
including the Fiverr fee cost when purchasing your gig. This is safe, and you will not face
any issues!
2. Doing review exchanges with other Fiverr sellers can be from Facebook, WhatsApp,
Telegram, or Discord groups. This is safe if you comply with the rule of thumb that I will
explain below.
Normally, what people do is review exchanges using their seller accounts which is totally
WRONG! It will be super easy for Fiverr to figure out that both sellers are doing a review
exchange, putting your Fiverr account at risk of getting disabled.
So questions come to mind, how to do it safely? You will need to create your dummy buyer
account, which is separated from your seller account. So every seller needs to create another
dummy account as a buyer for exchange review purposes. Here is the diagram illustration to
give you an idea of executing it correctly without getting caught by Fiverr.
PERSON A PERSON B
Based on the diagram above, it's clear that you need to have two accounts. The first is your
Fiverr seller account, and the second one is your dummy buyer account.
Here are several rules of thumb that need to be understood when doing review exchanges. I
can sum it up into three scenarios. The only scenario that I would recommend is the first and
second scenario.
Seller account and buyer account on different devices and different internet
connections. This way, there is no way Fiverr can figure out you're doing review
exchange.
Seller account and buyer account under one device (same laptop/computer)
and using the same internet connection, but using a different browser.
So, let's say you open your seller account using Google Chrome browser, but
when you open your buyer account, you will use different browsers such as
Incognito browser, Mircosoft Edge, Opera, or Mozilla Firefox.
I saw other sellers can do this safely. This can be your alternative if you only
have one device at least use a different internet browser. Another way that I
would recommend is using a VPN for accessing your buyer account.
Seller account and buyer account under one device, same internet
connection, and same browser. This is what I did on my first Fiverr account, I
believe this is super dangerous since the Fiverr team can spot it out later on.
IMPORTANT ALERT:
Please kindly be informed that once you have launched your gig, don't directly get your first
order from a friend/family/review exchange on the same day your gig launch. The new gig,
which is just launched and directly getting an order, will look suspicious. It's triggering a red
flag on your Fiverr account.
Just give it like 2-3 days after you launch your gig, then you can get your first order from
friends/family/other sellers. If you can get an order from the buyer request on the day you
launch your gig, that's fine.
You may be wondering where you can find other sellers for doing review exchange? Since
you're a student of this course, I provide a discord community if you need to do a review
exchange with other students. The other alternatives, you can also find Fiverr gig exchange
groups on Facebook.
Well, let's see how you can find those Fiverr groups on Facebook. You just need to type Fiverr
gig exchange or gig promotion on the Facebook search bar to find those groups and request to
join the group.
When you have joined those Facebook groups, you will need to post your request in the groups
asking for a review exchange by telling them that you have two accounts (buyer account). You
can add a post with a picture using the Facebook post feature to make your post noticeable by
the group members.
One thing I want to warn you about when doing a review exchange with the person on those
Facebook groups. Just be careful. Few guys will have a bad intention of asking you to buy their
gig, but when you ask them to buy your gig. They will not reply or pretend nothing happened.
Just be careful since I had a bad experience meeting this kind of person in the past.
Here are several tips from me to avoid getting scams by Facebook group members who have
bad intentions. Please kindly note that not all members in the Facebook group are bad, I just
want to warn you to be extra careful.
TIPS 1: Ensure to check their Facebook profile.
Does the person who will do the review exchange with you is legit, has an album photo and
information about the person (Ensure it's a real person). If you see anything empty like no post
photo on the person timeline or no information about them. It must be a new Facebook
account (Dummy account) that is created to scam other people in the group.
TIPS 2: Cancel the order on Fiverr if the person didn't order your gig
If you have ordered the person gig, but there is no reply or follow-up to start ordering your gig.
You can say to the person in the Fiverr chat message that you will cancel the order. That's why
it's really important to use your buyer account when buying other people's gigs in case you
meet bad people who're trying to scam you.
But, in my experiences, doing review exchanges with tier 1 country always safe. If the person
rejects your cancellation, just request the cancellation again. The Fiverr support team will pro
to your side as a buyer and cancel the order for you. If you want to be safe, you can ask the
person to order your gig first.
TIPS 3: You will be safe if you're doing a review exchange with seller level 1 or 2
You don't need to worry at all if the one who is willing to do a review exchange with you is
seller level one or level two. They're the legit person who will do the review exchange
professionally. They have money and want to keep their account safe! So don't worry.
This way, the person can find your gig easily on Fiverr search results 1,2,3 or 4.
Then, the person will CLICK your gig and CHAT with you, asking about your service
and negotiating the price for CUSTOM orders (this is good to get your response rate
metric green). This strategy will make Fiverr think that the order is coming from
Fiverr internal traffic, which looks natural instead of like an exchange review. That’s
why it’s really important to use your buyer account.
6.1.2 Strategy 2: Clicks and favorites exchange [it to help you rank your gig higher]
When you have got your first five-star review, you can do the next optimization to boost your
gig impression by getting clicks and favorites. You can utilize the Facebook group or any chat
group to exchange clicks and favorites.
The same rule of thumb is like a review exchange. Don't use your seller account to exchange
clicks and favorites. Fiverr will notice that you're trying to game the system. So I would
recommend using your Buyer account to do click exchange, so your click will be more valuable
than using your seller account.
You can do this on a daily basis, like exchange with 3-4 sellers from Facebook groups or discord
groups, just to boost your gig impression and clicks. This will make Fiverr think that your gig is
fashionable. Consequently, this may increase your probability of raising your gig to the highest
search results.
Here is one of the what’s app groups that only focus on exchange clicks and favorites, every
member in the group needs to show screenshot proof after done.
But, remember, don't overdo it like getting 50-100 clicks to your gig with zero conversion. It will
tell the Fiverr algorithm that your gig is not converting which makes your gig ranking down.
This small task really helps me to get an order on Fiver by only exchanging clicks and favorites
with other sellers. The reason is that gig getting clicks means an attractive gig. Hence, the Fiverr
algorithm will push your gig higher on search results. Then, if your gig is converting when real
buyers are coming, you should get an order.
When you have so many orders coming, you don't need to do this optimization. I stop doing it
when one of my gigs takes off. Only do this when you need orders.
Note: You can click and favorite exchange inside the discord group community.
6.1.3 Strategy 3: Remain online as much as you can
I can't stress it out that this simple strategy can help you get more potential buyers coming to
your chat box and ordering from you. Simply keeping your Fiverr seller dashboard open
whenever you're working in front of the laptop/computer can move the needle.
Whenever you're going outside like traveling or business trip or going to somewhere else. In
order to refresh your online status, you just need to tap into your Fiverr seller account through
your mobile apps for 2-3 sec only. It will turn your online status ON (green dot next to your profile
picture)
Buyers from Fiverr come across the world 24 hours. So every time you refresh your online
status, it gives you another exposure and opportunity to reach potential buyers looking to buy
from online sellers. Fiverr itself claims there is one gig being purchased every 5 sec.
CHAPTER 7
Fiverr Blueprint: Cracking Your First Order as New Seller
Create 2-3 gigs with low competition keywords with high demand to get rank easier,
you can also create 1 additional gig for high competition with high demand.
Get reviews from your friends/ family or the Fiverr community group. Remember the
rule of thumb that I have explained in Chapter 6.
Do daily optimization on your gigs like exchange click and favorite with other sellers
using buyer account. So your gig can be pushed higher on the Fiverr search results.
Ensure to keep your Fiverr seller account online as much as you can (green mark):
1. Mobile phone: you just need to tap in to Fiverr app on your mobile phone for 2-3
sec and out, it’s help to refresh your Fiverr account status become online, just do it
when you’re free and relax. Especially when you're going outside (not in front of a
laptop/ computer).
2. Laptop: When you're working in front of laptop/ computer either in-home or office,
ensure to open a new tab for your Fiverr seller center account to make your seller
status keep online (green mark). Trust me, It helps a lot for the algorithm to prioritize
you! I am getting more chat and orders from the client rather than never online at all.
Start using buyer requests to get click and order from client. Even, if prospect don’t
buy your gig at least they will come to your profile and click your gig which help to
boost your gig on Fiverr search page.
If you're still new sellers and have spare time, you can drive traffic to your Fiverr gig by
getting traffic from social media such as Twitter, Instagram, Quora, and Facebook.
You can do outreach to your prospect to let them know about your service.
If you don’t want to drive traffic outside Fiverr maybe due to your busy daily activities,
that’s fine, you can still get an order from Fiverr but you need to be patient, it wil ltake
longer for you to reach Fiverr seller level one (depend on your gig competition). I also
didn’t drive traffic outside Fiverr on my first Fiverr account, simply using Step 1-5 only.
When you reach seller level one, you can use promoted gig feature to push your gig
on the Fiverr first page, which can help you to get more consistent orders. Please
kindly note, you need to earn $400 revenue on your Fiverr account to reach seller
level one. I didn’t use promoted gig feature on my first Fiverr account at that time
because my gig can rank on Fiverr page 1 or 2. Once you have gained a lot of star
reviews, your organic rank will become better on Fiverr search results.
But, I highly recommend you to test promoted gig feature since Fiverr will give you $10
free credit ads to try the featute. I will also update the course once I have tried the
promoted gig feature.
If you’re getting impression but never get click on your gig, then you will need to fix
your gig image/ video or gig title, so the client will feel curious to click on your gig.
If you’re getting click to your gig but no orders, you need to check whether you have reviews
on your gig, ensure your description explain clearly what your client will get, check your pricing
competition especially if you don’t have any review yet.
If none of those gigs can bring order, launch another gig that can keep bringing you
traction.
Never delete your Fiverr apps on your phone, Just keep it there, DON't GIVE UP. It will bring
you order forever as long as your Fiverr account keep safe.
Let me be honest with you. It will take time to take off since you need to acquire several
reviews from customers to make your gig rank better on the Fiverr search results. Besides, I was
not consistent with being online on my first Fiverr account at the beginning. But collecting some
reviews from other sellers at the beginning really helped me get an order on my traffic gig,
which has high competition on Fiverr.
It's proof that even if your gig is in high competition keywords, Fiverr will still give your gig an
impression in front of the buyers. You just need to optimize your gig with keywords, keep
online, buyer requests, get some reviews, exchange clicks and favorites. Those all help your
gig to get boosted on the Fiverr search results.
Is it okay if you want to try to sell services with high competition and high demand? Yes, you
can do that, but it will require more effort and patient to rank it on the first page. But, it's worth
it for the long run if you can rank your gig as I have done on my traffic gig. You will need to
collect so many reviews to start seeing your gig rank on page 1 or 2.
It's not difficult to run promoted gig features. You just need to set your daily budget and
maximum bid CPC (Cost Per Click) you're willing to pay when someone clicks your gig. If your
gig has a good conversion rate, you should be able to profit from it. Instead of waiting for the
client to come to your gig, you can push your gig on Fiverr's first page to get consistent order
using promoted gig feature.
You don't need a credit card to start running the promoted gig. Fiverr gives us access to run
promoted gigs using your Fiverr earnings.
If your gig already has so many reviews and is ranked on the first page, you don't need to run a
promoted gig. I completely relied on getting orders organically at that time because my gig kept
getting consistent orders since being ranked on Fiverr's first page.
When you have more reviews on your gig and reach seller level one, your buyer request will
have more coming to you. Please note that you can only submit your offer to the buyer request
a maximum of ten times a day.
If the buyer requests the service price with an unreasonable price, you can simply ignore or
send them the offer based on your own price standard and fulfillment time. Because most of
the time, the buyers from buyer requests will be asking unreasonable prices for too much work.
So you need to set your own price standard.
Here, I will provide you with the buyer request template that I used to pitch the buyers. You can
check the template below.
Hi, my name is [Your Name], I just saw your request, and I can get your [The Job] done within
24 hours. I am confident that I can deliver [The Job] as you want since I have extensive
experience in the space for number] years.
I have been in the [The Job] space for about number] years, and I have built up a lot of
experiences that make me confident that I will be the best guy/girl to do the job.
I would recommend you to message me to show you several samples of my work, I'm sure you
will love them. I am also open to negotiating the price.
Note: don't copy exactly the words. You can adjust it according to your style and service.
The main point here that you're trying to explain to the buyers, you're a capable person for the
job with numerous experience, besides you will also be open to negotiating the price. You want
to make the barrier to entry become low for the buyers to purchase your gig. This way, you can
collect initial reviews from the buyers.
If the buyer is interested in your offer, they will message you or directly order from you.
I am not a fan of buyer requests, but at the beginning of my Fiverr journey, it really helps me to
get my first order or at least get a click from the potential buyers (if the buyer doesn't
purchase), remember clicks from buyers really matter to push your gig on Fiverr search page.
CHAPTER 8
Post Sale and Setting Up Payment
Let's say you're selling a traffic gig, and your client is an Etsy shop owner. When your client
orders your traffic gig, you can check whether the client's Etsy shop has a social media account
like Instagram, Youtube, Tik Tok, Pinterest, etc. If yes, you will check on yourself whether you
have a related gig that you can offer to them.
You can cross-sell on your delivery note by putting the link to other gigs. Don't worry, It's
allowed on Fiverr to promote your gig on the delivery note.
If you want to explain more about your other services. I would recommend you attach one PDF
file to your delivery package for the client. That PDF file says thank you to your client and
explains what other gigs you offer on Fiverr with the explanation link (hyperlink text) to order
your gig. Most clients will open the PDF delivery file since they want to check all the final
delivery files you have delivered to them. So it's a great opportunity to cross-sell other gigs.

PRO TIP: When sending your post-delivery, you can cross-sell relevant gigs on the delivery
note or attached PDF document which says thank you and cross-sell your gig with
Retention
explanation.
8.1.3 Retention
A happy client will be more likely to come to re-order your gig. Some of your orders will come
from a repeat buyer. Their order can help you to keep pushing your gig algorithm on Fiverr
search results. Remember, the more orders you get, your gig will rank higher and help you to
keep getting orders continuously.
The same strategy you can use to leads coming to your gig who haven’t placed an order yet,
simple message follow up will make them remember that they want to order your gig, some
of them will place an order. Try this method! it’s Super Effective! Remember, they’re warm
leads that are ready to buy.
If your country can't register for PayPal, you can register for Payoneer, which is an American
financial services company that provides online money transfers to your local bank account. It's
FREE to create a Payoneer account. So you will receive the payment in USD to your Payoneer
account, then you can withdraw the money to your local bank account. It’s free to create your
Payoneer account.
Note: If you decide to create your Payoneer account from my link, both of us will get a $25
virtual balance as a reward. So, it’s a win-win solution. The reward will be loaded to your virtual
USD balance in Payoneer, and you will be able to withdraw the funds to your bank account once
the minimum deposit reaches $50.
If you live in the USA, you can use direct deposit to your local bank account powered by
Payoneer. If you want to read more about the withdrawal process, here you can read the Fiverr
article about withdrawing funds.
CHAPTER 9
Fiverr Arbitrage Gig Ideas to Sell with NO Skills!
9.1 Arbitrage gig ideas with no skills & revealing the secret!
In this chapter, I will share more gig ideas to sell with no skills (arbitrage) and how to fulfill the
order. Some of the gig ideas below will be a mix of low competition and high competition gigs.
I will also reveal to you the secret that no one will share with you, how to know whether the
sellers are doing arbitrage or not. This knowledge and experience are based on my Fiverr
journey doing arbitrage, so I know exactly how to figure out if the sellers are just simply doing
arbitrage. : )
9.1.1 Gig idea 1: Reselling service from SEOClerks and SEO Store
SEOClerks is the largest SEO marketplace where you can find so many services sold at a low
price which means you can resell them on Fiverr at a higher price. For example, I used
SEOClerks to resell Fiverr traffic service for marketplace sellers like Amazon, eBay, and Etsy.
You can resell so many services from SEOClerks on Fiverr, such as reselling traffic, do-follow
backlink, guest post, Youtube Promotion, Virtual Assistant, blog comments, B2B lead
generation, etc. Let's break down several services on SEOClerks that you can resell on Fiverr.
Reselling gig ideas 1: Youtube promotion
Youtube promotion service has high demand and high competition on Fiverr. Most of the
sellers on Fiverr just outsource it from SEOClerks or use SMM (Social Media Marketing) panel
site.
You can find Youtube promotion service on SEOClerks under "Social Networks" main menu.
You can find many sellers offering Youtube promotions at low prices by providing views, likes,
and comments. Here is one of the example sellers on SEOClerks that provide that service. You
will get 1000-1400 real views + 5 HQ likes + 3 HQ comments for only $2.
Just ensure that you sell at a higher price for your basic package. For example, you can charge
$15 for your basic package and ensure your fulfillment time is longer than the seller fulfillment
time on SEOClerks. This way, there is no work from your side, and you can sell Youtube
promotions with zero skill.
There are so many successful sellers selling Youtube promotions on Fiverr. Here is one of the
top-rated sellers who successfully sold Youtube promotion with the arbitrage method. The
seller has 59 orders in queue!
How do we know that he is doing arbitrage by fulfilling it from SEOClerks or other SMM panel
sites? Well, super simple! You just need to check the one-star reviews (bad reviews) given by
the customers. This way, you will know that he is doing arbitrage. Here is the screenshot of the
bad review for this seller.
Eventhough the view is a bot, so many sellers can make good money by selling this service. As
we can see that so many five-star reviews collected (4305 reviews). So, the probability of
getting a positive review is much higher. That's why most of the sellers can sell this service
successfully on Fiverr.
Reselling gig ideas 2: Website traffic
You can resell website traffic on Fiverr especially targeting the marketplace owner like what I
did in the past. Kindly keep in mind these gig has high demand and high competition, so you will
need to collect several reviews to boost your gig performance on Fiverr search results.
Most sellers on Fiverr just resell the traffic service from SEOClerks os using SMM panel site.
Wondering why this service works really well on Fiverr even the traffic is a bot? It's because
their listing getting boosted when you send clicks to their product link on eBay, Amazon, and
Etsy. Please kindly note that this service will not work on Shopify store owners, so it will be zero
sales conversion for sure.
You may be surprised that so many sellers successfully sell this kind of service on Fiverr and
even become top sellers. If you're interested in selling this service, you can sell the basic
package for $5 on Fiverr and fulfill the order from SEOClerks for only $1. The good point here is
no work is done on your side, and no skills are needed.
Many sellers on Fiverr made a killing by reselling cheap traffic services through outsourcing it
from SEOclerks or SMM panel sites. Here is one of the seller level 2 who resell traffic service,
which has 16 orders in queue.
The same rule applies when you want to ensure that the sellers only outsource from SEOClerks
or SMM Panel sites. Simply check one-star reviews (bad reviews) from the customer. This bad
review below is an example of bad suppliers who didn't do the job really well, so ensure to
outsource from the sellers who have a proven track record on SEOClerks, so the customer will
see the traffic coming in.
Well, even though the traffic is a bot, most customers are satisfied with the services, as can be
seen from the five-star reviews (444 reviews). It’s because the clients see the traffic coming to
their site on their dashboard analytic. As I have explained before, this service will work
effectively for the seller on the marketplace, not for Shopify store owners.
Reselling gig ideas 3: High-quality do-follow SEO backlink
Many bloggers and eCommerce store owners are looking to increase the domain authority of
their blogs. However, in order to increase the Domain Authority (DA), they need to get high-
quality do-follow backlinks from the website, which has higher authority than their site. Hence,
they're willing to pay for backlink service to their site.
You can resell backlink services from SEOClerks and SEO Store. Both of them provide super
affordable backlink service, which you can sell at a higher price on Fiverr. When you buy a
backlink service, you just need to ensure that you're buying backlink with DA higher than your
client's DA
If your client's website Domain Authority (DA) is 10, you will need to buy a backlink service with
DA above 30. The higher the DA, the better, so the backlink will be considered useful for their
site. Just ensure that you're still profitable when buying the service from SEOClerks. You can
check your client website DA using the free chrome extension Moz Bar.
SEO Store also provides a high-quality do-follow backlink, which is cheaper than SEOClerks, I
highly recommend you to buy the backlink service from this website. For example, it only costs
$2 to buy a do-follow backlink from a website with DA 50 to100, as seen from the picture
below, which is awesome!
Just ensure NOT to SELL social signal service on Fiverr. My gig was getting denied in the past
when I sold social signal service. Here is the screenshot email of violation from the Fiverr team,
Anyway, you can sell high-quality do-follow backlinks safely since so many sellers have done it
successfully. All those services can be outsourced from SEOClerks or SEO Store.
Reselling gig ideas 4: Social bookmarks
For your information, social bookmarks service is low competition and high demand, as seen
from the picture below. Only 685 services are available on Fiverr, and so many sellers are
getting reviews. You can try to resell this service on Fiverr.
I myself like to use SMM Heaven and Top SMM Panel, which has a live chat to customer
support if the order has not finished or any pending issue. Eventhough, on some occasions, I
may use other SMM panels, like SMM Follow, to outsource cheaper services.
Here is my transaction on SMM Heaven ordering Spotify plays service to promote song track
links from the client. Basically, you can only buy Spotify plays service, which is super cheap, only
$0.55 for 1000 plays. But, I also buy a few followers for artists or playlists, so the client will see
that the plays also impact the followers' increase.
If your client is an artist, you will need to buy a monthly listener also. So, you can sell your basic
package for $15 for promoting Spotify songs to have a decent amount of profit after deducting
the cost of purchasing services from SMM panel sites.
Actually, you can only buy Spotify plays only for your client. But your client may be confused
why there is no increase in the number of followers and monthly listeners after promoting the
song. Eventhough several sellers deliver Spotify plays only. So, it's better to play safe to sell at
$15, so you can buy other services also. Please kindly note, don't tell your client that you
purchased the service from the SMM panel site. It's your little secret.
You can buy Spotify plays (streams) on SMM heaven and buy followers/monthly listeners from
other SMM panel sites to get a lower price. That way, you can maximize your profit.
In order to do a great job in this service. You need to understand the difference between plays
and monthly listeners. Monthly listeners are unique listeners who play your music during a 28-
day period (the count getting reset after 28 days). While Spotify streams are how many times
your song is played past the 30-second mark..
Based on the definition above, you know that Spotify streams > Monthly listeners. It means
the same person (one unique person) can play the same song many times. What can we
conclude?
Well, let's say you will buy 2K streams from the SMM panel site for your basic package, then in
order to make it realistic, you can buy monthly listeners for the artist around 30-50% of the
stream's value. So, you can buy 600-1K monthly listeners from the SMM panel site by assuming
the same person hearing your client song 2-3 times. Just make your calculation make sense. If
you don't understand this part, you can message me. :)
IMPORTANT NOTE: Don't write on your gig title saying that you're selling plays, followers, and
monthly listeners. I had done it before, and Fiverr removed my gig due to violating TOS.
In a nutshell, you're NOT allowed to sell gig which offers followers, likes, monthly listeners,
plays, or any other vanity metric. So adjust your words to become Youtube organic promotion
or Spotify song promotion. Just spy on how other competitors write their gig title, description,
and image if you want to be safe.
Eventhough you're using SMM panel sites, it doesn't mean you can't crush it selling Spotify song
promotion. You can see so many Fiverr sellers successfully sell this service. Here is one of the
seller level two who make a killing on it (138 orders in queue!!)
Want me to show the proof that the seller using the SMM panel site? Well, as usual, simply
look at their one-star review (bad reviews) from the picture below.
You don't have to be afraid of bad reviews since customers will love your services most of the
time, as can be seen from the historical data from all sellers who sell Spotify song promotions.
For example, the five-star review for this seller is 1654, which is great!
If you ask me why all these arbitrage services can work by simply buying services from
SEOClerk, SEO Store, and SMM panel sites, even it’s a bot. My answers will be, this is how it
works! The review data showed on gig rating proof itself :D
Reselling gig ideas 6: Social media marketing promotion without work
You can also sell marketing promotion to social media account for Instagram, Facebook,
Twitter, Tik Tok, and Pinterest. The key to fulfilling the order is using the SMM panel sites that I
have mentioned before.
Let's take one example about selling Twitter marketing promotion on Fiverr, which is high
demand and high competition. Here is one of the sellers who sell Twitter marketing promotions
by using SMM panel sites.
The seller charges the basic package $35 to promote the Twitter account. If you want to make
sure whether the sellers are using SMM panel sites or not. Simply check the one-star seller
review (bad reviews). Here is the screenshot complaint from the customer that proves the
followers are a bot in which it can drop after a certain period.
This is normal behavior from buying followers from SMM panel sites. In some cases, the SMM
panel sites also offer non drop followers services, which is more expensive. You just need to
choose which SMM panel sites provide the most affordable price with non-drop followers or
free refill service if the followers drop while still working with the client.
You may be wondering how you can brainstorm to give business name ideas for your client's
brand. Well, several free websites can help you to brainstorm business names ideas to give you
some inspiration. Here is the list of the FREE website you use to generate business name ideas:
Shopify business name generator, Namelix, business name generator, and Domainwheel
9.1.3 Gig idea 3: Selling engagement on Twitter tweet
If you're active on Twitter and have joined several premium engagement groups. You can sell
service promoting Twitter tweets on Fiverr. The idea here is you will put your client tweet into
an engagement group to get like, RT, and comments.
The gig competition is considered low, only 927 for this service. If you're wondering what kind
of premium Twitter engagement groups you can use to boost your client's tweet. Here are my
recommendations:
Those groups provide real engagement (like, RT, and comment) from the real Twitter account
by doing an exchange activity. So your client's tweet will get boosted in terms of impressions
and engagement rate. You can sell the package like a 1-day boost for the basic package, a 2-
days boost for the standard package, and a 3-days boost for the premium package.
9.1.4 Gig idea 4: Selling shoutout
This gig idea will suit you if you have a big social media following on Instagram or Twitter. You
can sell shoutout services on Fiverr, which has a high demand on Fiverr, and it's allowed by
Fiverr to sell shoutout. That's why having the audience on your social media account is like
having a digital asset.
Let's see the competition level for "Instagram shoutout" and "Twitter shoutout" on Fiverr. As
we can see from the picture below, the competition is not high both Instagram and Twitter
shoutout services are below 1K.
So if you have a big following on social media, you can offer this Gig on Fiverr to add a more
income stream for you.
9.1.5 Gig idea 5: Selling beta test website and app
This service doesn't require you any skills to fulfill the order or even any degree level. This is
because so many tech company or small start-up will launch their website or mobile app.
They just need your honest feedback as a user. They need to know your point of view as a user.
You will need to record your mobile screen or desktop view so your client will know which
button you click and what they can improve, what you like and dislike about their website/ app.
Your job here is just to use your common sense as a user.
EBIZSTRATEGIC.COM | FIVERR ARBITRAGE DECODE & CONQUER GIG ECONOMY 86
EBIZSTRATEGIC.COM | FIVERR ARBITRAGE DECODE & CONQUER GIG ECONOMY
You can use the keyword "beta test your website and app" on your gig title. However, please
kindly keep in mind this gig has high competition (2886 services) and high demand.
You can narrow down your competition if you only want to focus on mobile apps only. I found
out that the keyword "beta test your app" has low competition (only 157 services) with a
decent amount of demand (several sellers getting reviews).
Transcribe audio service on Fiverr has high competition with high demand. Therefore, you will
need to collect some reviews at the beginning to rank higher on the Fiverr search page.
In order to find the right/ best influencer for a brand, you can easily find them on Instagram by
using hashtags search related to that business niche. You will see several influencers with
various followers that you can recommend for your client on the top post results.
It's super easy to find those influencers. You don't need any specific skills. If you want to learn
how to find the right influencer for the brand owner. I write an article about it on my blog, here
you can read about finding the right Instagram influencer on Instagram.
After choosing the influencers, your next job is to audit the influencer. You need to provide four
important metrics on your delivery which can obtain for free:
% Engagement rate → You can use Phlanx engagement calculator to get the % engagement
rate number, it's FREE.
Followers trend → You can check it on Social blade by putting the IG username, ensure the
follower's trend is an uptrend (it means new followers keep coming which is good).
Posting consistency → You need to make sure the IG influencer posting consistency means
they're super confident with their engagement rate. If you see inconsistency in their posting. It
was a red flag. May be the influencer deleted a specific post that has a low engagement rate.
Followers quality → You can check the follower's quality of IG account by using the FREE tool
fake IG follower checker from Influencer Marketing Hub. It will give you the quantitative score
You can use ToonApp to transform your personal client picture into a cartoon. The app uses AI
technology to convert picture into cartoon illustrations.
Whiteboard animation service on Fiverr considers super high competition and high demand, so
you will need to build your gig review to rank up better.
9.1.11 Gig idea 11: Selling voice-over without speaking
Business owners and big companies require good quality voice over for their script videos. If
you don't have a good voice-over or accent limitation. You can use Speechelo (aff) to turn text
into speech with an amazing human voice.
You can easily transform any text into a 100% human-sounding voice over with only 3 clicks.
Speechelo is a paid software with a one-time license fee of $47 (no monthly payment). The
software has over 30 human-sounding voices (male & female voices included) with three
different tones: normal tone, joyful tone, and serious tone. It works in English and 23 other
languages.
So you can position yourself as a studio voice-over when selling the service since you can
provide so many languages. Other strategies you can provide voice-over service on specific
language on Fiverr, which has lower competition and high demand.
9.1.12 Gig idea 12: Selling professional resume
Selling a professional resume doesn't require any skills. You just need to design, edit and
rewrite the CV from your client. Professional resume gig has high demand and high competition
on Fiverr with 5929 services available. The demand was high because more people were
looking to apply for a new job.
When you get an order, you can use Canva, which provides a free CV template with
professionals looking to fulfill the order.
CHAPTER 10
Creative Gig Ideas Outside The Box
In this chapter, I will show you several creative gig ideas which is considered out of the box to
be sold on Fiverr. This chapter aims to give you an idea of what kind of creative gig you can sell
even without having specific skills. Maybe you can generate even more creative ideas after
knowing some creative ideas in this chapter that can bring demand. If you don't have any ideas,
you can reverse engineer what others have already done.
There are so many sellers getting star reviews by providing this service. It's a high-demand
service. This way, you can make your dog work for you to make money online Lol.
If we perform keyword research to check the competition and demand, wake up call only has
70 services available on Fiverr!! It means you can rank easily on page 1. It also has high
demand since the star reviews can be found on other sellers.
CHAPTER 11
Super Important: Prevent Fiverr Account Getting
Disabled
11.1 Super important: How to prevent your Fiverr account from getting disabled
This is a super important chapter that you need to be careful about, especially related to your
Fiverr account security, so you will not get disabled. It's not worth it when you lose your Fiverr
account, which already ranks on Fiverr page one, and keeps bringing consistent daily orders.
The harsh truth is that 99% of Fiverr sellers don't read Fiverr TOS. This was the most beginner
mistake when they started their journey on Fiverr. After reading this chapter, I hope you will
not make the same mistake as me, which cost me two times to get disabled on Fiverr.
I realized it's not worth it since your Fiverr account is your digital asset which can keep bringing
you additional income every month if you can keep your account safe for a lifetime. Treat your
Fiverr account as serious business since it can bring a snowball effect. Your gig can be taken off
and ranked on page one Fiverr if you reach a certain number of reviews.
In a nutshell, there are several points of general mistake that most Fiverr sellers did which make
their account lost, here I will summarize it:
✓ Don't accept payment outside Fiverr. Always reject your client's request. Don't type
PayPal or any payment gateway on your chat box (even by putting an asterisk symbol
on your keyword like p*aypal, it will still be detected by Fiverr, don’t ever try!)
✓ Don't ever share your contact information like a phone number or email to
communicate outside Fiverr.
✓ Don't ask for a positive review (5-stars review) on your delivery note (The Fiverr system
will remind the buyer to put a review automatically). Instead, you can put in your
delivery note something like, “Thank you for your order, and don’t forget to rate your
EBIZSTRATEGIC.COM | FIVERR ARBITRAGE DECODE & CONQUER GIG ECONOMY 101
EBIZSTRATEGIC.COM | FIVERR ARBITRAGE DECODE & CONQUER GIG ECONOMY
experience working with me.” This way, you’re not directly asking for positive reviews
or 5-star reviews. It’s safer and reminds them to rate your service.
✓ Don't ever copy-paste other gigs descriptions. Your gig will be deleted if caught up.
✓ Don't use multiple seller accounts under one device, same internet browser, and same
internet connection. You'll be at risk of losing all your Fiverr accounts.
✓ Don't use the buyer request section to promote your gig. It's only for the buyer looking
for a freelancer.
✓ Don't sell social signal
✓ Don't buy bulk reviews from other providers. Your account will be disabled if caught up.
✓ Don’t write any @ (symbol) on the chat box. If you need to write your email address to
ask your client, inviting you to become a collaborator in specific software. In this case,
you need to put a space and replace @ (symbol) with “at”, let’s say, write an email
address like this ebizstrategic at g mail.com (it’s safe, )
In the end, I will highly recommend you to read the Fiverr TOS to ensure you will not make any
mistakes by accident. It's better to prevent any TOS violation.
11.2 My story of how I got disabled two times on Fiverr (painful experience)
I hope my personal stories can be useful for you not to make the same mistake as I did in your
Fiverr journey. So far, I have experienced getting disabled two times on my Fiverr journey. The
most painful one is losing my first Fiverr account, which keeps bringing me passive income
every month by reselling cheap traffic to Amazon, eBay, and Etsy sellers.
My first Fiverr account used my name as the username, and as you can see, that best-selling gig
is my traffic gig. I made most of my income by selling that traffic gig which is arbitrage.
Unfortunately, I lost my first Fiverr account because I was unaware that Fiverr could detect the
keyword p*aypal in the chatbox. (This is my second warning from Fiverr, I was completely dumb
and inexperience at that time)
It was my mistake that I didn't read the Fiverr TOS initially. Since this is the second time Fiverr
warned me not to share any information like email, phone number, or transaction outside
Fiverr. Unfortunately, my Fiverr account got disabled permanently after one month's review.
Well, after my first Fiverr account gets disabled, I plan to create my second Fiverr account by
selling the same service again, which is a traffic gig. Once I had launched my traffic gig, I
contacted my old customer, who is always doing repeat orders on my traffic gig through direct
messages on their shop in eBay and Etsy. I explained to them that this is my second Fiverr
EBIZSTRATEGIC.COM | FIVERR ARBITRAGE DECODE & CONQUER GIG ECONOMY 103
EBIZSTRATEGIC.COM | FIVERR ARBITRAGE DECODE & CONQUER GIG ECONOMY
account in which they can replace an order to boost their listing on the marketplace. It works! I
got an order directly on my gig once it was launched.
But, there is one strange thing that happened even after getting reviews from my old
customers. My gig didn't get any impression at all (0 impressions on sellers analytic).
Anyway, even though my traffic gig on my second Fiverr account never got any impression on
Fiverr (it means Fiverr didn't distribute my gig on Fiverr search results, which is really
strange!!). I could still keep a consistent income by utilizing my old customer from my first
Fiverr account, who kept ordering on my gig.
Most of the income above comes from one customer only who always keeps ordering in my
traffic gig. I have one loyal customer who is labeled as V.I.D. (The Very Important Doers) by
Fiverr. FYI, this is a program for most experienced buyers who order frequently and regularly on
Fiverr.
It's really helpful! My loyal customer keeps ordering back to me on my second Fiverr account.
It's really helped me to earn some small passive income every month without doing any work.
Even though Fiverr didn't distribute my gig on the search result. At that time, I was not too
concerned about it since I was focusing on my local business and driving traffic to my blog.
I think you can see the power of using retainer customers on Fiverr. This is the result of having
one loyal customer only who keeps ordering from you regularly. The gig I am selling is actually
cheap (my traffic gig package is $5, $10, and $30). Imagine if you’re selling higher-priced gig
service and having retainer customers.
The best scenario for sure is to keep my first Fiverr account SAFE! so your income on Fiverr can
bring a snowball effect the more reviews you collect and the more loyal customers you will
have. That's why I want to warn you to comply with Fiverr TOS by reading it and avoiding my
past mistakes.
Well, after I had reached seller level one on my second Fiverr account. I get access to Promoted
gig feature with $10 free credit ads from Fiverr. For sure, I will try it on my traffic gig to see
whether I can get an impression on my traffic gig when using promoted gig.
But, something strange when I run promoted gigs feature on my traffic gig, it's been more than
18 hours, the impression is still zero…… It seems like the ads are not showing my gig on the
Fiverr search results, which is weird….. > <
I knew there was something wrong, so I emailed Fiverr customer support to ask what was
actually happening.
Unfortunately, after emailing them, Fiverr customer support cross-checked my gig performance
with the related team. Suddenly, I got a surprising email that told me that my Fiverr account
had been disabled for violating Fiverr TOS… (This is for the second time, urggh!!)
I was really shocked then decided to ask the reasons to the Fiverr support team. So here is the
reply from the Fiverr support team.
Based on that email above, I think I got all the answers regarding my gig traffic performance,
which always has zero impression from the beginning.
It seems Fiverr knows that I created my second account since I am using the same mobile
phone, laptop, internet connection, gig images, and services as my first Fiverr account. I also
made a mistake on my last delivery note from my first Fiverr account.
On the delivery note, I told my loyal customer that I would create my second account with the
username @ebizstrategic, if Fiverr's final decision was to disable my account. So it seems the
Fiverr security team had read it during the review process that I plan to create a second Fiverr
account.
Anyway, even though getting disabled two times, I tried to ask permission from the Fiverr team
whether it is allowed to create another account by getting their permission, and here are the
answers.
The answer is obvious, Fiverr will not allow you to create a second account. Well, that’s fine. I
can figure out what I have to do when I create my third Fiverr account.
The key lesson you could learn from my second time getting disabled is to ensure when you
create your second Fiverr account after getting disabled. It would be best to use a different
mobile phone, laptop, internet connection, and new image gig (also, don't use the same gig
image from your disabled account). For sure, you will need to use the new email address and
new username also.
I know this story is really embarrassing, but I need to tell you this lesson learned. Hopefully, you
will not make the same mistake as I did. So your Fiverr account will have a long life as your
digital asset that can keep bringing some consistent income. Just play the long-term game.
Treat it like your digital asset!
Anyway, I plan to create my third Fiverr account again. Hopefully, I can manage to control
everything after learning from my past mistake. It's always good to diversify your income, and I
will keep updating the course if I learn something new.
(Latest update: in Chapter 13, I share the case study on my third Fiverr account)
CHAPTER 12
Getting Extra Traffic Outside Fiverr
The idea of this chapter is to drive external traffic to help you get reviews faster from real
customers. So, your gig can rank higher on Fiverr search results.
One of the external traffic sources that I would recommend is Quora. Answering a specific
question related to your service will help you to drive sales to your gig. The good thing is your
answer will be kept in there, and Quora readers will see your answers.
Every day new questions keep added on Quora, so you don’t have to worry about running out
of the question to answer. Let’s say you want to promote a logo design service on Quora. Then
you will type how to find a good logo designer on the Quora search bar.
Then, you will see several questions about logo design that you can answer. Let’s open one of
the questions above.
This question above only has seven answers which are low in competition. Your answer can be
seen easily by Quora readers. You can ask your friends, family, or community group to upvote
your answer so it can rank higher to the top.
If you noticed, the answer above by John Stokes has 468 views, while the number of followers
for this question is only five people. So then, a question comes to mind, where are that views
coming from?
2. Second, the traffic can come from Quora internal traffic through the related questions
section, where people click and read the answers.
Here is the related questions section where people tend to click another question and read it.
The related questions can be found at the bottom page of the questions.
If your service is about content writing, you can type in Quora and answer several questions
with low competition (only have a few answers). So many questions to answer to get an
eyeball.
So the main rule of thumb here is answering questions related to your service and prioritizing
to answer with less competition (questions that only have a few answers). This way, your
answers can be seen easily. If there are so many answers (50+ answers), you will need to
upvote your answer to rank it higher.
Here are several rules of thumb you need to comply with when answering questions on Quora.
1. Never ever type Fiverr on your answer, or Quora will delete your answer.
2. Don’t put your Fiverr link directly on your Quora answer (Quora will delete your answer).
Instead, you will need to use the Google site as a bridge page then divert the traffic to Fiverr.
For example, you can use Google Sites (FREE) to create a bridge page like the picture below.
Here is the traffic click flow to promote your Fiverr gig on Quora.
4. Don’t use your primary email (personal email/business email). Instead, just use a dummy
email address to register on Quora (It’s like your dummy Quora account only to steal traffic to
your Fiverr offer). This way, you will be safe in case Quora banned your account due to
spamming your answer with a link.
You can use other social media like Twitter and Facebook to find the prospect by DM or
commenting on their post. Another way to get a client is by cold emailing your prospect to pitch
your service. You can get business emails on Instagram or Youtube in the about tab section.
CHAPTER 13
In-Depth Case Study: How I Made +$1700 Net Profit On
Fiverr with No Skills Within 1.5 Months As New Seller
In this chapter, I will share to you how I made +$1700 net profit on Fiverr with no skills within
1.5 months as a new seller. Yes! I finally decided to start over again from zero on my new 3rd
Fiverr account. Based on the screenshot below, I also still have $452 pending clearance which
will be added to my net income. Those numbers did not include my active order yet (orders still
in progress). In total, actually, I have collected over +$2000 net profit within 1.5 months selling
micro gigs on Fiverr with no skills.
Let me give you some spoiler alerts that I am selling gig under the main category video &
animation. The gig I am selling doesn’t require any high skills, just simple basic editing to deliver
the order. Apologize I need to keep it secret to avoid other people following my gig
Here I will break down everything I did to crush it on Fiverr as a new seller. I can’t stress it out
that the type of gig you’re selling will play an important role. That’s why choosing a high-
demand gig will be really important and ensure that your gig has a retention factor.
Imagine if you’re selling a low-demand gig on Fiverr with no star reviews and no order in the
queue when you check among all the sellers. I can guarantee you will not have any orders.
Okay, let’s start with all the Eight Secret Sauces that bring me to achieve results quickly.
13.1 Secret Sauce 1: Sell High demand and Low Competition Gig
I would be honest that the gig that I am selling is not in super high demand. The order in queue
in my competition was only around 2-6 orders when I checked the competition from other
sellers. But, it’s still considered as high demand.
And the unique thing is that the gig that I am selling is not even available yet under the Fiverr
sub-category. It means the demand is still not big enough for Fiverr to create a specific sub-
category under the main category.
PRO TIP: Always ensure to conduct Gig Research before decided which gig do
you want to sell, This is VERY IMPORTANT step! Check Demand & Competition
Fiverr actively updates new sub-categories on their home page when they see sufficient
demand for the new services. You can see from the picture below that new sub-categories such
as Ad Copy, Book Editing, Job Description, and eLearning Content Development were new
services under the main category Writing & Translation.
Okay, how about if you’re selling High demand and High competition gig? Well, you can crush
it also. Remember that Fiverr will give you an opportunity to get an eyeball. Once that
opportunity comes to you, ensure you have an eye-catching gig image/video to get a click
(CTR) to your gig from the potential client.
That’s why I always emphasize that you test the gig to see which one can bring you traction.
The point selling high demand and low competition gig will help to get organic order easier.
13.2 Secret Sauce 2: Sell Higher Micro Gig Like $25, $35, $50, $70, or above $100
Fiverr is not about selling $5 gig only. It’s already evolved. So many sellers can successfully sell
higher tier prices on Fiverr and get so many orders. Don’t stick at selling on a $5 gig. You need
to raise the price of your gig once you have gotten several reviews. There is no room for margin
by selling $5 gig.
The first time I started selling on Fiverr, I was selling a $5 website traffic gig, and I never sold
higher tier micro gig above $35. So you should try to find any micro gigs opportunity that can
even sell higher, or at least the price can be increased the more reviews you have.
Currently, I started by selling at mid-price around $35-$100. Surprisingly, I can get my first
orders of $85, even if I only have one review on my gig. So, ensure to sell high tier price micro
gig, Fiverr is not about $5 gig anymore. Besides, It’s also easier for you to reach $400 as one of
the minimum requirements to become seller level one.
The screenshot above shows that most of my orders are custom offers. It means when leads
come to ask for my gig, I will close the order by sending them a custom offer. Remember, those
leads coming to you are ready to buy. You just need to send them an offer to buy.
Some good-paying micro gigs will require you to master software like Canva, Invideo, Mango
Animation, Doodly, etc in order to be able to sell at a higher price. My advice is to take your
time to learn and master the software to deliver the service like a pro and sell at a higher
price. I share with you what micro gigs you can sell on the Appendix chapter by using Canva
and Invideo software. Those kinds of software are newbie friendly to use and easy to master.
You’ll be surprised that you can sell so many micro gigs by only using Canva & Invideo.
Even if you stick selling at a lower price like $15-$30, at least ensure that your gig can sell in a
bigger volume of orders. So, let's say the client ordered your $15 gig for promoting one Spotify
song. The client wants you to promote 5 Spotify songs, so your volume order will be $15 x 5 =
$75, which is great!! And the great thing is that if you can get repeat orders from your client.
That will be even better!
When your retention score reaches 95/100, your gig will earn a trophy like a picture below. It
will increase the trust factor in your gig and make more potential clients come to order your
gig.
Several gigs on Fiverr have a good retention rate, which means the client will need to re-order
again from you after purchasing it from you. This is a super-effective strategy!
Here are several gigs which has repeat orders with no skills. These gigs ideas below can be
fulfilled by using easy-to-use software or arbitrage concept.
This simple hack will refresh your gig presence on Fiverr search results. Remember, Fiverr
buyers are active 24 hours worldwide, so anytime you refresh your online gig status, it means
you’re promoting your gig to potential clients.
Also, ensure to keep all your metric in green colors, such as response rate, order completion,
on-time delivery, and positive rating. If you can maintain all metrics still in green color, your gig
will keep getting good distribution on the Fiverr search results.
13.5 Secret Sauce 5: Promote Your Gig in Video Format (Stand Out Gig Thumbnail) to
Increase CTR.
I prefer to use video format as my gig thumbnail to showcase my gig on Fiverr search results.
It’s because using a video gig will tend to make people click your gig; hence the potential client
will land to your gig description. Again, you can record yourself to explain the gig or use
software like Invideo to create a stunning video easily that stands out among the competition.
Most Fiverr sellers only use an image on their gig thumbnail, so you’ll stand out in the Fiverr
search results if you use video on your gig thumbnail.
PRO TIP: Using Video as Gig Thumbnail will Make Your Gig Stand Out in
Fiverr Search Results. 90% of the Gig Thumbnail on Fiverr only using Image
So you should focus your description on what you’ll do to promote Spotify songs and why
clients need to hire you to do this job.
Also, ensure to put a bonus which will add additional value to your offers. It can be a list, guide,
ebook, template, or tips and tricks.
Note: I decided to hide the name of the client and some parts of the conversation that mention
my gig, but the point here is to show you that simple follow-up can work on Fiverr.
Example 1:
Me trying to follow up
on the potential leads
coming to my gig (not
purchased yet)
Based on the conversation above, you can see that I messaged the client on Jan 29, 2022, but the client
didn’t reply. Then, on Jan 30, 2022, I got a reply from the client that he would place an order.
Example 2:
Me trying to follow up
on the potential leads
coming to my gig (not
purchased yet)
Based on the conversation above, you can see that I messaged the client on Jan 06, 2022 and kept
sending him follow-up messages.
But the client didn’t reply to me back. Then, I finally got a reply on Jan 16, 2022, where he finally
decided to purchase my gig. It takes time before the client decides to order
Lesson learned: A simple follow-up can close the order. It just needs time until the client decides to buy.
13.8 Secret Sauce 8: Get Reviews, Clicks, and Favorites to Rank Your Gig Higher
I can’t stress it out that getting reviews for your gig is really important to push your gig to rank
higher and get more impressions. Having a review on your gig also build trust to the potential
client to place an order. Some clients will check the review of your gig first before deciding to
purchase.
You don’t need to wait for the real client to give your first review. You can take a shortcut by
asking your friends or family to place an order to get your first review which will be very helpful
for your gig to rank better. If you’re in a high competition gig, you may need around 3-4
reviews to help push your gig. Do it gradually, step by step.
Let’s see an example from my gig analytic below. We will see how review can really help to
push your gig impressions, which means more eyeballs to see your gig offer.
GIG 1
GIG 2
GIG 3
GIG 4
Gig 1 star reviews > Gig 2 & 3 star reviews > Gig 4 (no star reviews)
• Gig 1 Evaluation: My Best Performing Gig
Gig 1 is the first gig that I launch and also the biggest revenue to my Fiverr account. It’s
because gig 1 has so many star reviews. Then, it starts getting more exposure compared to
another gig. As you can see, it has 14K impressions. This explains why getting reviews is really
important!
At least I should add a review to Gig 4 to improve its rank. This is just an example of how the gig
performance when having reviews vs not having reviews. I could say having a review can lift
up your gig performance.
After getting a review, the other additional optimization you can do is by getting clicks and
favorites from fellow Fiverr sellers. You need to join a community group to exchange clicks and
favorites. It can be on Whatsapp, Telegram, Discord, or Facebook group. It can help to push
your gig without collecting reviews. Remember to use your Fiverr buyer account when clicking
and loving other sellers' gigs, so Fiverr will not detect that you’re exchanging click and
favorites.
CHAPTER 14
Fiverr Questions And Answers
In this chapter, I will try to compile specific questions and answers that will give you some
insights about Fiverr. The list of questions and answers will keep adding over time.
1. How do I ask for a review from the client without getting any violation warning from
Fiverr?
When delivering the order, you can say something like “Hey [Client Name], here is your
completed order. Thank you so much for your order. It was my pleasure to work with you. Also,
please kindly rate your experience working with me! Thank you. Don’t ever write to ask for 5-
star reviews, or your account will be at risk.
2. Based on your experience, how was the sales performance of your gig when you just
started?
When you just started, let’s say you have 4 gigs. There will be one gig that will outperform
other gigs. That gig will bring the biggest revenue compared to other gigs. I believe the more
reviews you get from the clients, the higher your gig exposure and start rolling in more orders
coming.
4. What is the winning CTR% number in your opinion for gig thumbnail?
I would say that 1% CTR is good enough, it means every 100 impressions, you’ll get 1 click. If
you have a 2% CTR, which is very difficult to achieve. You have an attractive gig thumbnail that
drives clicks to your gig profile. So, in my opinion, you need to aim to get 1% CTR to your gig.
That’s good enough.
Here is one of the examples of my new gig, which was just uploaded 5 days ago. There is no
review yet. Remember, when you just launched a new gig, don’t directly put a review on the
same day you have published your gig. Just give it several days first.
In this case, after 5 days, I started getting impressions and click as we can see that I got 127
impressions and 2 clicks. If we calculate the CTR, it was 1.5% CTR (2/127), which is good. It
means the gig thumbnail is good enough to drive clicks! Next, I will start getting the review on
it to rank it higher and build trust, so the client will be interested in ordering my gig
5. What to do when the client only order and never give you any information to start the
work? When you try to chat with them no response till your order is close to the deadline.
I had faced this kind of situation in the past, so the client placed an order, but the information
the client gave me was still not complete to start the work. It made me hard to start the work.
Then I tried to chat with the client. But never got a response from the client until the order was
almost close to the deadline.
In this case, I will choose to deliver the order with all the limited information the client gave to
me. Instead of requesting to cancel the order, you can try to deliver the order and explain it on
the delivery that you can complete the work when the client has already read the message
from you.
In my case, the order was completed automatically 3 days after delivering the order. It means
the client disappears and forgets about it (I am lucky!). So, I will suggest you deliver the order.
It’s still far better to have a completed order and get money instead of canceling it and lowering
your gig algorithm. You may be lucky that the order will be completed automatically after 3
days.
6. If you only have two choices between cancel order vs 1-star review. Which one do you
choose?
Looks like a difficult choice! I would choose to get a 1-star review instead of a cancel order. You
don’t have to be afraid to get a 1-star review, all top sellers on Fiverr will encounter a 1-star
review, and it can be replaced with the next 5-star review. Getting a 1-star review doesn’t mean
you’ll never get an order anymore. Your gig will still get an impression and be distributed on
Fiverr search results. So, you can still get the next order.
While choosing a cancel order means you don’t get the money, plus lowering your gig rank. So,
it's better to have a 1-star review where you still get the money.
7. What will be your best advice for me to start selling more expensive gigs?
When you find a potential gig with high demand and low competition with good-paying, I will
find out and learn how to fulfill the order. You can find the tutorial on Youtube, I believe so
many gigs on Fiverr can be fulfilled by using the help of software. So, if you find a good gig to
sell, don’t hesitate to learn how to fulfill the order.
So, you don’t need to join the Fiverr Seller Plus program if you have learned all the knowledge
and strategies from my ebook . Besides, enrolling Fiverr Seller Plus Program doesn’t give
you extra exposure or special traffic, so you don’t need to join this program.
