1. What are the biggest challenges you face in the classroom, and how do
you overcome them?
Answer: “Maintaining order and ensuring student engagement can be tough,
especially in larger classes. Aside from that, some students may lack
motivation or interest in the material, leading to disengagement.”

2. How do you adapt your strategies when you notice a student struggling
with the material?
Answer: “I conduct informal assessments or observing students during
lessons to identify specific areas of difficulty. Some students may exhibit
emotional or behavioral challenges that disrupt learning. I provide a
supportive environment, incorporating social-emotional learning practices.

3. How do you assess student learning, both formally and informally?

Answer: “I create assessments that require students to apply their
knowledge in real-world scenarios, such as presentations or group projects.
1. What teaching strategies do you find most effective for engaging
students?
Answer: “I use collaborative learning as teaching strategies. Group work or
peer teaching to encourage student interaction and shared learning
experiences. This promotes engagement through social interaction and
cooperative problem-solving.”

2. How do you differentiate your instruction to meet the diverse needs of

students?
Answer: “I use a mix of visual, auditory, kinesthetic, and reading/writing
approaches to accommodate different learning styles. Pairing students of
different abilities together so that stronger students can reinforce their own
knowledge by helping others, while struggling students receive additional
support.”

3. How do you integrate technology into your teaching, and how does it
enhance learning?
Answer: “I incorporate apps that provide interactive learning experiences,
such as youtube. I use projectors and smart tv provided by the school.”
