RESERVATION POLICIES:

It must be at least 7-5 days prior to arrival date. No rush booking, same
day and next day booking. All room reservations are subject to availability
and confirmation; therefore, advance booking is required.

Pencil booking is valid within 24 hours only. If we do not receive any


feedback and proof of payment within the given time it will be
automatically cancelled.

WALK-IN:

Walk-in guests will not be admitted.

HEALTH RESTRICTIONS:

Observe safety and precautionary measures by wearing face mask over


nose, proper hand washing or hand sanitizing.

ALLOWED:
Spa Treatments and Room Guests:

Fully vaccinated guests only.


Children accompanied by fully vaccinated guests.

Day Tour Only:


All ages regardless of vaccination status.

NOT ALLOWED:
Spa treatments to pregnant women even if fully vaccinated.
Guests who previously had a contact with positive cases or who tested
positive to Covid-19 will be asked to present valid documents such as
health certificate indicating their negative status.

MODE OF PAYMENT:

We require full payment for all services. You can settle your payment via:
Online fund transfer (BDO/BPI)
Bank deposit (BDO/BPI)
Major credit cards

PROOF OF PAYMENT:

Please email your proof of payment at [email protected] for


confirmation.

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING/RESERVATION:

Upon issuance of invoice as confirmation of your booking/reservation,


please bring your I.D and that will be presented upon arrival.

INCIDENTAL DEPOSIT:

An incidental deposit of Php 2,000 per room per night of stay shall be
requested upon check-in. The deposit shall be refunded before check-out
in case amount will not be consumed within the guest’s stay.

PWD & SENIOR ACCESSIBILITY:

Please note that Luljetta's Hanging Gardens Spa is situated at the


overlooking area of Loreland Farm Resort. Thus the stairs. The best way
to go around the property is by walking. Seniors and PWD's who wish to
avail of spa services may choose to stay within the premises of Luljetta's
Garden Suites for easy and convenient access.

GIFT CERTIFICATES:

Whatever the occasion, we would be happy to arrange a gift certificate


for any Luljetta's Hanging Gardens Treatment.

PET POLICY:

Only one dog or cat weighing thirty pounds or less can be accommodated
in each guest room upon payment of a non refundable pet fee of Php
1,500.00 per night. The fee shall not be imposed on assistance to dogs.
Luljetta's reserves the right to deny entry to a pet or remove pet from
property if it determines in its sole discretion that the pet poses health risks
or encroaches upon the right of other guests to a peaceful stay. Detailed
pet policies are written in the Undertaking to be signed by the guest upon
check in.

REMINDERS BEFORE ARRIVAL:

SAFETY IN THE USE OF INFINITY POOLS, WATER AMENITIES AND


FACILITIES:

No running, rough playing, diving, walking, standing or pushing on the


edge of the pool. No drinking of alcohol or any bottled beverage while
using the pool. Strict compliance is advised as management assumes no
liability for accidents or injuries due to negligence and reserves the right to
evict anyone not abiding by the guidelines or for behavior, which is
detrimental to the spa or its guests. All guests especially children and
seniors needing assistance should always be accompanied by an adult.

SWIMMING ATTIRE:

Guests using swimming pools should wear proper swimming attire (one or
two piece swimsuits, trunks or swim/board shorts). No exceptions.
Undergarments are not allowed under swimsuits for health and sanitation
reasons. Colored shirts and maong shorts are strictly prohibited. For
women, white shirts can be used. Please observe proper swimming attire.

WHAT TO WEAR DURING TREATMENT:

It is recommended during a body treatment or massage that those


treatments are enjoyed without clothing although undergarments may be
worn if preferred. Professional draping is performed throughout the
duration of the service for privacy. We will provide robes and slippers for
your convenience.

SHAVING:

Shaving is not recommended before a body treatment. If you wish to


shave, please have it (4) four hours prior to your treatment time.

SHOWER:

We would recommend that you take a shower prior to using water


amenities.

TREATMENT TIME:

We ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment


time. Arriving late will possibly interfere with your treatment, making it not
as effective or therapeutic for you. All appointments will end at their
scheduled time so that the next guest will not be delayed. Treatment times
are not extended based on late arrivals.

HEALTH CONCERNS AND COMFORT LEVEL:

Please notify our receptionist before booking treatments if you are


pregnant, have allergies, high blood pressure, any physical ailments, or
disabilities. This will prepare our spa associates far in advance to provide
the best possible treatment and therapy for you.

CHILDREN:

Up to two children aged 3 years old and under to stay for free when
sharing a room with at least 2 adult registered guests. Parents or guardian
must accompany children at all times while in Luljetta's premises.

SMOKING AND DRINKING:

Smoking and drinking are generally prohibited in water amenities,


lounges and gardens. There are designated areas for smoking and
drinking. Guests who violate the no smoking policy will pay a fine of Php
2,000.00 for the first violation, and will be asked to immediately leave
the property with no refund for a second violation.

LORELAND FARM RESORT ENTRANCE FEE:


Luljetta's guests may also use the water amenities of Loreland Farm
Resort. Should guest wish to use the cottages available at Loreland,
corresponding rental charges shall apply.

USE OF GUESTROOMS AND AMENITIES:

Guestrooms shall not be used for any purpose other than the
accommodation without the prior written consent of Luljetta's. Guest must
not rearrange furniture and fixture. Towels, clothes, and other items must
not be hanged on windows or outside the guest room. Only registered
guests are allowed access to the guest rooms and amenities without
additional fee.

QUIET HOURS:

10PM to 7AM are designated quiet hours. Voices, televisions, instruments


and gadgets must be kept at respectful low volume during said hours.
Doors should be opened and closed quietly. Guests should not gather or
run in hallways.

DINING:

There are 4 restaurants in Loreland Farm Resort and Luljetta's Place with
the following Operating Hours:
Verde Restaurante, Loreland Farm Resort: Daily 7AM-7PM
Luljetta's Garden Suites Cafe: Daily 7AM-7PM
Luljetta's Hanging Gardens Cafe: Daily 10AM-5PM; 10AM-7PM (weekends)
Taverna Restaurant: Daily 10AM-10PM

BREAKFAST:

The breakfast provided by Luljetta's shall be consumed at designated areas.


No discount or refund will be available guests do not avail of the breakfast
included in the reservation.

OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGE:

Guests are not allowed to bring in food purchased outside Luljetta's and
Loreland. Beverages may be brought into Luljetta's premises subject to the
payment of corresponding corkage fee. Php 100 per bottle of local
wine/beer, Php 1,000 per bottle branded/foreign wine/beer.

COOKING:

Guests are not allowed to use cooking and heating appliances or tools in
Luljetta's premises. Any cooking or heating appliances/tools found in
Luljetta's premises shall be confiscated permanently.

VALUABLES:

Lockers are provided in the SPA for guest use. However, you may choose to
deposit your valuables (money, jewelry, watch, etc.) with the Front Office for
safekeeping. Luljetta's will not be liable for lost, misplaced or stolen
valuables not deposited with the Front Office for safekeeping.

FOUND ITEMS:

Luljetta's is not responsible for any item left behind by guests. Nonetheless,
items left behind by the guests and found by Luljetta's housekeeping shall
be collected and kept in a secure location, but will be disposed after 7 days
if not collected by the owner. Reasonable effort will be made to notify
concerned guests that an item has been found. Perishable items, underwear
and miscellaneous toiletries left behind will be immediately discarded.

DAMAGE TO PROPERTY:

Guests shall be liable for the damages caused to the mattresses, linens,
towels and any property of Luljetta's. Special cleaning, repair or
replacement fee, as applicable shall be charged for each damaged item.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE OR EVICTION:

Luljetta's will refuse service or remove a person who refuses or fails to pay
for accommodations and services, who is under the influence of prohibited
drugs and alcohol; who acts in a disorderly fashion as to disturb the peace
of other guests; disrespects Luljetta's employees; who uses the property for
unlawful purpose; who brings in firearms and deadly weapons; who
destroys, damages or threatens harm to Luljetta's property, owners, officers,
employees and guests; and who refuses to abide by any of the policies
stated therein.

CHECK IN:

Check in time is 2PM. Guests are required to present valid form of


identification and to make a full payment for their entire stay before check-
in. For online reservations, accommodation charges must be paid before
reservation can be confirmed. Other charges and fines, if any, may be paid
before check-out. Guests are guaranteed use of the guest room only for the
date or period paid for. Guests who want to extend their stay must notify
the Front Desk and pay for accommodation charges not later than 10AM
of the date of initial check-out schedule.

LATE ARRIVAL:

Guests who arrive later than 2PM will not be entitled to any discounts.
Guests who, without any prior notice to Luljetta's, do not arrive before 9PM,
will be considered a "no show" and shall not be entitled to any refund for
their reservation. Luljetta's will have the right to offer the guestroom to
other guests.

EARLY DEPARTURE:

Guests who depart earlier than scheduled will be charged the full room rate
for all nights reserved and will not be entitled to any discount or refund.

CHECK OUT:

Check out time is 12 noon. To facilitate check out procedure, guests must
ensure that all personal belongings have been removed from the guestroom
and should return keys to the Front Office. Guests shall pay Php 500.00
fee for each key lost. Guests who refuse or fail to check-out and leave the
guestroom by 2PM shall be charged 50% of accommodation charge.
Guests who continue to occupy the guestroom after 8PM shall pay for the
accommodation charge in full.

REBOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

All paid bookings are generally non-refundable and are subject to terms
and conditions.

REBOOKING without additional charge will be allowed on the following


scenario:
- Last minute or on the day cancellation due to bad weather, emergency
family situation, civil disturbance, pandemic, lockdowns, community
quarantine or any related event.
- Informed our office thru email at least 7-4 days before date of arrival.

NO REBOOKING will be allowed to guests who didn't arrive on the date of


their arrival (no show), late notice of 3 days before date of arrival.
