Secret Weapon 51
And best of all, it's still in beta and completely free, so there's really no reason
not to try this out. You can use it as a personal writer that is available 24/7. It's
as well-educated as is the internet and it can use various writing styles.
2. You can choose how to set up your account, you can use your email
address, create an account using your Google Account or using your
Microsoft Account.
4. The start putting in your information like your name, working phone
number where the veri cation code will be sent out.
"Write me a business email to my boss that tells him that the new task that I
receive requires me to give up other projects."
But maybe, we don't want an e-mail but a Whats-App message, so let's say
now: "now write it in one sentence."
Next up, we have my personal favorite use case: it can answer questions, but
not just factual questions like Google could answer, you can give it personal
questions related to relationships or mental health and it will actually come
in with a lot of good advice.
As Christmas is coming up, let's look at an example where I ask Chet GPT
what I should get my girlfriend for Christmas:
"What are some creative ideas for Christmas presents that my girlfriend
would enjoy?"
This is too good, I mean really, these ideas are more creative, unique and
interesting than most human advice on this question. You can always go in
and say, do you have ve more?
Next up, we have analogy maker and as the name already implies, this allows
you to create analogies for various situations in life. This will come in really
handy in business but also in personal communication.
Now let's assume that you met a new girl and you really like her and you
want to answer something witty but you can't think of anything and maybe
you're about to meet her and it's raining outside so let's chat GPT for help.
"I am about to meet with a girl I like and I want to make an analogy about the
rain outside."
And while these are great if you're writing classic literature, let's just say, can
you use more everyday language?
And here you go. An extremely romantic approach to the whole thing. What
if we told it: less romantic.
You can also just tell it: "Analogy maker: I am really tired"
And, as it's contextual, if I want more I'll just tell it more analogies please.
And the next everyday use case would be a TL;DR, Too Long Didn't Read. If
there's a long article Chat GPT can summarize it for you.
So for example Wikipedia and copy the entire part about the future of
arti cial intelligence. If I simply say: TL;DR and then in quotation marks I post
the article, it gives you one paragraph with the key points in the entire text.
So, I can pull this up two minutes before a meeting starts and I could
educate myself on topics that otherwise would take maybe an hour.
The amazing thing here is you can use it on research articles or if you have
PDFs, just copy out the text, paste it here, and it will summarize the whole
thing in 1 paragraph for you. Now of course, this leaves some of the
information in here, but if you need to get a bird's eye view of the topic, this
is the way to do it.
Last, but not the least, it can take your notes and turn them into a summary.
So, from now on, every time you're diving into a new topic or you met a new
person, all it takes is taking a few notes and this thing will spit out an entire
summary that you can use as a social media post or you can send it out via
an email.
I'll just say: notes to summary: arti cial intelligence is evolving fast, future of
many industries, model is only as good as the dataset, moores law is a key
consideration in the evolution."
I'm still blown away by how good this is, but maybe we don't want this
formal style, so here's a little tip: you can go ahead and say, "write that in the
style of a second-grader"
So I think it's beyond clear that this tech is game-changing, but it's also
worth considering that this power could be used for evil purposes too.
"add more:
"write a blog post about my real estate investing company named chucky
buys lucky houses, owners and founders are Charles Blair and Tammie Blair
we have been in business for over 25 years, with over 1000 deals closed,
operating in Maryland, DC, and Virginia"
"add more"
Have AI write a job post to hire someone to work in your real estate business
"write at least a 2000 word job post to nd a cold caller virtual assistant to go
cold calling for my real estate investing business, all candidate must have
experience with call tools and speak great English, this is a 40 hour a week
position and must take a test prior to hire, must have great internet
connection, reliable computer/laptop, all communications will be done on
skype our skype id is charles, blair"
"write direct response copy for my we buy houses website for my real estate
investing company chucky buys lucky houses in the style of dan kennedy
Have AI write a tweet for twitter for your real estate investing business
"write a tweet about my real estate investing company chucky buys lucky
houses"
"what are the top 10 reasons why a seller should work with a we buy houses
company"
Have AI create text message sequence campaign for you real estate
investing business
Have AI Create 6 month email follow up campaign for your real estate
investing business
Have AI create a Facebook post with 5 bullet points and emojis to promote
your real estate investing e-book
"Create a Facebook post with 5 bullet points and add an emoji end of the end
of each point, the post should tell people why they should download my free
real estate investing cheat codes"
Now here's the thing, what we have above is pretty much general YouTube
advice. You need to go a little bit deeper in order to really leverage this type
of technology. So, here what it gave you was basically some suggestions.
Basically, you need to go a little more speci c.
Now that answer is more workable. It's not going to be perfect of course,
however, that's a great starting point. That type of text that we just received,
we can clean up and post it on your social media.
2. Blog writing
Now, truth be told we internally were already leveraging arti cial intelligence
to help us with out blog writing, long before chat GPT. However, when we
compare it to the AI that we're using previously this one wins out by a mile.
If you don't like what you see, take it as a base, take it as a foundation and
then build around it. If that's how you speak, correct it. It's not going to do
everything for you, but you can see right there that 95% of it is ready to go,
You can use Chat GPT to write your YouTube scripts for you. you no longer
have to have the excuse of what do I say.
Chat GPT can help you write the listing descriptions that you can put into
your MLS.
You can take those bullet points as your script, look straight into the camera
and record that short form video. You can also ask Chat GPT what topic
should you cover.
You can have Chat GPT write your emails for you. You no longer have to pay
for email drips that probably don't work.
It's actually the email writing that has the most utility for real estate agents. I
see that as having the highest return on investment one because it's really
well designed but two, it's such a high return on investment because real
estate agents do a terrible job of following up and nurturing. This can save
you hours and hours of follow-up you no longer have think about what
you're going to write about.
9. Text responses
Now, we send text messages all the time. We send text messages to buyers,
to sellers to everybody. So for this example, let's just have it give us a
recommendation on what to actually send to a lead that has gone cold.
So as you can see, not only did it give me options on what to send via text
but it also helped me problem solve. It gave me options on what I could try
instead.
This is what I think is the coolest leverage that chat CPT can so, giving you
phone scripts, what to say via phone.
First up, let's talk about scripting intros, as this is the one that I already used
in this video. I absolutely use AI to enhance my own content creation, but
here's an important fact that you need to consider: I only use it to support
my content creation. I don't take it word for word, and I feel like that is so
important.
So let me show you how I use this: "Write me a video intro on the topic of AI
content creation"
This is way better, but again, I would not just use this straight up. I don't
think that's a good idea, because, for myself, the video creator here, what I
have in mind is bringing you as much value as possible. I want you to take
away things from this book that you will actually use. This time let's tell it:
"turn that into bullet points"
Next up, let's talk about chat GPT helping you with the creative process. And
for anybody saying AI chatbots are not good enough to compete on
creativity with humans, at this point in time, I would just say they're plain
wrong.
Let's have a look at a useful prompt: "Write me some creative video ideas
around AI content creation"
Now that's amazing. And yes, If I sat down and noted these, I could have
come up with similar concepts but it thinks differently than you because it
learned from a different data set than you did. And that's why this can be a
great creative assistant. And to anybody saying, " Yes, but a human can do
that too." Sure, but try telling a human, 'Give me 20 more.'
I can keep doing this. So many good ideas. Let's try this: "Give me 5 Youtube
ideas for number 11"
there's just so many inspirations in here that you can go off and this is the
end-all be all solution? No! Always take this and process it yourself, pick the
best parts and then create around that.
Just like this thing can generate video ideas, it can also generate Instagram
captions.
This is fantastic. But this would be perfect for a young girl posting. For myself,
I would prefer to have a little bit more of a funny note, so let's say: "Now write
me ve in the style of the Holy Bible."
I probably wouldn't post these but that was fun. The ideation process is so
key, and now you have this assistant that can do it forever without
complaining, tiring or running out of ideas.
Next up, I want to show you a creative way I used it to improve contents. So
my goal was to subtitle my YouTube video because a lot of international
people watch them, but the biggest problem with the auto-generated
subtitles is, it has no capitalization or punctuation. So two-thirds of the time
here, I don't spend correcting the subtitles, but actually inserting capitals or
commas where they belong.
And for anybody saying, "Microsoft Word could have done that" Nope, it
couldn't. It's not this good,, I tested it. Similarly it could proofread and
punctuate your scripts, blog posts, emails, or even your Instagram caption if
you decided to pour your heart out.
My last point, I want to show you one of my favorite functions here, the
summary creator. All you have to do is type in: "summarize this text into a
youtube description"
This is just perfect. Literally, it summarizes the whole video and it states the
key points that you covered throughout the video.
So as you can see, I think this technology is at its best when it's used as an
assistant. We all know those AI video channels where everything is pre-
scripted and AI voice speaks it and it's just generic stock footage on top. And
while there is value there, it's not the content that I gravitate towards
naturally,

Stop the PRESERS I have one more AI model to share with you, as a matter
of fact you can use the exact same prompts you use for ChatGTP because it
was created by the same people who bought you ChatGPT, Open AI.
