Yes?__________. body actions are the movements we
can do everyday.

Wow! Very good!

Body Shape and Body Actions is how our

body flexes or bend as a result of the
movements we perform that include
various body parts.
There are different body shapes we can
do.
1. Straight Body Shape. It is shown by
standing straight while the rest of the
body is in a different direction.

For example:
1. Stand straight with your arms at
your sides.
2. Stand up straight with arms
outstretched.

2. Wide Body Shape. A lunge is a body

position in which one leg is in front of
the other leg. The feet are on the floor
while the knees are bent.

Example:
1. Side lunge
2. Back lunge

3. Curled Body Shape. It is

accomplished when the upper body is
lifted, while the lower body remains
down.

For example:
1. Curled-Up
2. Curled-Down.

4. Twisted Body Shape. It is where the

upper body is moved or twisted to the
left or right.

Example:
1. Twisted Triangle
2. Side Twist

There are also different actions or

movements that our body can do.

1. Back and forward head bend, Side

bend, rotation.
2. Back and forward trunk bend, Side
bend, rotation.

3. Forward, fold, upward, upward

both upper limbs, rotation.

4. Sitting, standing, walking, jumping,

running

When walking, these are the actions

that our head, trunk, upper limbs, and
lower limbs can do.

1. Turning the head left and right. Hands

and feet move forward and backward.
