First Time Use:

You can setup your Global Username and Password by clicking the “global User ID Password” link on the Back Office PC and/or iPad or by

• The @ symbol
• The first two letters of your legal last name (surname), with the first letter uppercase and the second letter lowercase

• The two numbers designating your date of birth
• The last four digits of partner number

Updating/Changing a global Username Password:

After you have registered your Global Username and want to change your password, use the “Global User ID password” link on the Back Office
PC or go to https://id.starbucks.com from any device.

Note: If a partner number was created or activated before 7/9/2024, the first-time password does not require the last four digits of the
partner number from the default password. This makes it an eight-digit password. If the number was created or activated after 7/9/2024,
they must utilize the 12-digit default password which includes the last four digits of the partner number.
