Description:
CFL is an app where customers can give their feedback. Customer can select option to submit
feedback and options/classifications are suggested by AI/ML classifier. Collecting the feedback from
head unit feedback app. Providing platform for feedback admins to communicate/reply to customer and
view individual feedback. It will minimize human effort to collect feedback and close the loop.
