CASE: STATE OF XYZ VS SHINCHAN

OVERVIEW: At the age of 15, Shinchan was diagnosed with bipolar disorder by his
therapist. At the age of 17, he switched therapists, this therapist declared that he
wasn’t bipolar. But, the court’s findings said otherwise. After 10 days of
treatment with the new therapist, on the 11th day, his true motives were
revealed. Shinchan’s new therapist wanted to run a few experiments on him. He
didn’t acknowledge Shinchan’s opinions, and did things with him against his will.
This led to frustration and stress, leading to Shinchan’s bipolar episodes to
further worsen. This led to the murder of the therapist by Shinchan. A case
accusing Shinchan of murder was filed by the state.
