4.3 record your interview questions here, as well as responses from users.

Team member: Hi everyone! Thanks for joining me today. I want to discuss time management and how it
impacts your studies. Let’s start with you, Priya . What challenges do you face?

Priya : Thanks for having me! I often struggle with procrastination. I tell myself I’ll start early, but I end up
leaving everything until the last minute.

Team member: That sounds frustrating. Do you think it affects your work quality?

Priya : Definitely! I feel rushed, and I know my grades could be better if I managed my time well.

Team member: Got it. Varun , how about you? What’s your experience?

Varun : I have a lot of extracurricular activities alongside my classes. Balancing them all is tough, and
sometimes I feel like I’m stretched too thin.

Team member: That’s a common issue. Do you find it hard to prioritize what’s most important?

Varun : Yes, exactly! I often end up spending too much time on things that aren’t urgent, which makes my
coursework suffer.

Team member: Thanks for sharing, Varun . Natasha , what about you?

Natasha : I think my biggest problem is distractions. Between social media and my friends texting me, I
can lose hours without realizing it.

Team member: That’s a challenge many students face. How do you try to manage those distractions?

Natasha : I’ve tried turning off notifications and using apps that block social media, but it’s still a struggle to
stay focused.

Team member: Those are good strategies! Hrithik , what are your thoughts?

Hrithik : For me, it’s about lack of structure. I’ve just started college, and I’m finding it hard to create a
routine that works for me.

Team member: Routines can be key. Have you considered making a schedule?

Hrithik : I’ve thought about it, but I’m not sure how to break down my tasks effectively.

Team member: That’s understandable. Priya , do you have a schedule?

Priya : I try, but I often ignore it. I find it hard to stick to a plan when unexpected things come up.

Team member: That’s a common barrier. Varun , do you have any tips for creating a flexible schedule?

Varun : I think it’s important to build in buffer time for unexpected tasks. I’ve started leaving a little extra
time for assignments, which helps.

Team member: Great advice! Natasha, any final thoughts on how you all can improve your time
management?
Natasha : Maybe we should form a study group to hold each other accountable. It could help keep us on
track.

Hrithik: I love that idea! We can share tips and motivate each other.

Team member: That sounds like a fantastic plan! Thank you all for sharing your insights today. It’s clear
that time management is a common struggle, but with some strategies and support, we can all improve!
