1.0 Purpose:
The Purpose of this procedure is to describe the entry and exit of personnel in the
Factory to avoid environmental contamination
2.0 Scope:

Scope of this procedures includes all employees, visitors and vendors visiting

Chian Bio private limited.

3.0 Responsibility:

3.1. Human resource (HR) Officer is responsible for preparation of this procedure.
3.2. HR executive/Designee for implementation of this procedure.
3.3. Quality assurance (QA) Officer/designee for ensuring compliance to this procedure.

4.0 EHS Precautions (If any):

4.1. Wear proper Personal Protective Equipments (PPE’s) when coming in contact with the
product.

5.0 Definitions:

6.1. General Instructions:


6.1.1. Eatables, drinks, chewing gum, tobacco, match box & smoking materials in the plant
are strictly prohibited.
6.1.2. Personnel entering the Manufacturing area, Primary and secondary packing area,
Warehouse, Microbiology and New product development areas shall not wear any
ornaments/Jewelry (Watch .rings, chains) visible or easily removable or which cannot be
protected after wearing the company uniform.
6.1.3. Employees are restricted to use Sandal/Kumkum.
6.1.4. Female employees are restricted to use flower, bindhi, nail polish & glass bangles.

6.1.5. Insist male employees to report cleanly shaven to duty and not encourage them to
keep beards.
6.2. Employee Entry/exit (Secondary Area)
6.2.1. Enter the respective change room.(Male-male change room, Female-Female change
room).
6.2.2. Wash hands, legs and dry them.
6.2.3. Vigorously rub the foot in the foot mat to dislodge adhered mud /sand particles.
6.2.4. Remove street footwear and keep it in designated rack.
6.2.5. Cross the cross over bench(COB) and take the respective uniform from the locker
provided.
6.2.6. Wear secondary uniform and cap in the change room.
6.2.7. Wear the head cap in such a way that the hair should not come out of the cap.
6.2.8. Wear the slipper /shoe provided by the company.
6.2.9. Apply disinfectant solution (70% Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA)) to the palm of the hand
using dispenser and rub hands till dry.
6.2.10. Open one door at a time while leaving the change room for respective secondary areas.
6.2.11. Do not open both rooms of the change room simultaneously.
6.2.12. Exit from secondary area
6.2.12.1. Open one door at one time while exiting from the change room.
6.2.12.2. Remove the company slipper/shoe and keep it in a designated rack.
6.2.12.3. Remove the secondary uniform, cap and keep it in locker.
6.2.12.4. Cross the COB and wear the street shoe wear.
6.2.12.5. Wash hands and legs and exit the change room.
6.3. Entry /Exit to manufacturing area/dispensing area:
6.3.1. Enter the change room of the respective area.
6.3.2. Remove the footwear and keep it in a designated rack.
6.3.3. Cross the COB and take cleaned primary garments from the locker provided.

6.3.4. Wear the primary garments over the secondary garments.


6.3.5. Wear primary footwear and disinfect the palm of the hand with 70% IPA
solution.
6.3.6. Enter the respective manufacturing /dispensing area.
6.3.7. Always open one door at a time in the change room
6.3.8. Ensure both doors are not open simultaneously.
6.3.9. Wear nose mask and hand gloves when coming in direct contact with the
Product.
6.3.10. Exit from manufacturing area/dispensing area:
6.3.9..1. Open one door at a time and enter the change room.
6.3.9..2. Remove primary uniform and keep it in a designated locker.
6.3.9..3. Remove Primary footwear and keep it in a designated area.
6.3.9..4. Cross the COB, wear secondary foot wear and leave the change room.
6.4. Visitors Entry/exit:
6.4.1. Information regarding the visitor shall be given by the security to concerned HR
personnel.
6.4.2. Personal belongings of the visitor shall be deposited in the HR office and HR
personnel shall guide the visitor to visitor change room.
6.4.3. Authorized personnel shall receive the visitor in visitor change room.
6.4.4. Vigorously rub the foot in the foot mat to dislodge adhered mud /sand particles.
6.4.5. Cross the cross over bench (COB) and wear shoe cover over street footwear.
6.4.6. Take the Disposable gown, head cap from the locker provided and Wear the uniform
and cap in the change room.
6.4.7. Wear the head cap in such a way that the hair should not come out of the cap.
6.4.8. Apply disinfectant solution (70% Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA)) to the palm of the hand
using dispenser and rub hands till dry.
6.4.9. Then enter the facility guided by the company’s personnel.

6.4.10. No Visitor is allowed in the manufacturing area& stores unless authorized by


Company management.
6.4.11. To enter into manufacturing area, same procedures mentioned in Step No. 6.3 shall be
followed.
6.4.12. For exit, visitor shall remove the disposable gown, head cap and keep it in designated
bin.
6.4.13. Remove the shoe cover and dispose it in a bin.
6.4.14. Cross the COB and wear the street shoe and exit the process Facility.
