Formulated with an acrylic binder and special additives for an

outstanding strength. Terracoat is tested and certified for its
toughness and excellent surface durability.

Designed to withstand impact and abrasion in low lying areas of

buildings which are exposed to everyday wear and tear.

Developed to withstand extreme climatic conditions like the

extreme heat of Middle Eastern deserts, severe monsoons of
Asia, and the harsh cold of the Scandinavian region.

SILICON-BASED (SIL) - 15 YEAR PERFORMANCE

Specially formulated with a silicone binder that forms a strong

film with excellent resistance to dirt and dust.

ELASTOMERIC-BASED (FLEX) - 15 YEAR PERFORMANCE

Specially formulated with an elastomeric binder which gives

it enhanced flexibility over a wide range of temperatures. The
coating can bridge cracks and cover minor damages which
makes this a perfect solution for renovation and retrofit projects.
