NBW against accused persons received unexecuted as they were
not found available at the given address.
Report from SI Sushil regarding status of further investigation
received. Taken on record.

Let process u/s 82 Cr.PC be issued against the said accused


persons on their address with the directions to execute the same at least 30
days before the date given. The process server is also directed to ensure the
execution of the aforesaid process by:­
1. The proclamation must be read in some conspicuous place of the town or
village in which the person resides
2. It shall also be affixed to some conspicuous part of the house in which the
person resides or to some conspicuous place of the town or village.
3. A copy of the proclamation must also be affixed to some conspicuous part of
the Court house.
4. The photograph/videography regarding the affixation of the process in the
aforesaid manner be also filed along with the report.
It is directed that the proclamation be published at least 35 days
before the NDOH. A longer date is being given so as to afford sufficient time to
the process server.
Process server shall remain physically present on the NDOH with
report / for recording his statement. Ahlmad is directed to mention the same on
the proclamation.
The execution of the proclamation is to be done properly as per
law.
