EWM Cutover Activities

1. Business Partner (Assign Plants to BP) -Extend the BP to purchasing


organization and Sales area.
2. Maintain Business System Group
3. Assign Logical System and Queue Type
Note: - Make sure to assign the S/4HANA Logical system and not EWM Logical
system. SCU can only be created after this assignment.

6. Name Logical Systems
Define the logical systems
7. Define RFC Connection in SM59
8. Assign RFC Destination to Logical Systems (BD97)
9. Maintain Supply Chain Unit (/SCMB/SCUMAIN)
Note:- SCU can not be created unless the step “Assign Logical System and Queue
Type” is completed.
10.Assign Warehouse Number (/SCWM/LGNBP)
11.Create Interim Storage Bins
Note: - Make sure to change source storage bin in WPT 1010 and Destination
Storage Bin in 2020 WPT.
12.EWM – Settings (Assign user to Exception code profile)
13.Define Number Range for Physical Inventory Documents (No transport for
number ranges)
14.Assign User to Tolerance Group for Recount/Clearing
Assign User to Tolerance Group for Difference Analyzer
15.Maintain number ranges for object - /SCWM/TO
16.Maintain Warehouse Specific Printing Parameters
17.Create Condition Records for Printing Warehouse Orders (/SCWM/PRW06)
18.Create Condition Records for Printing Physical Inventory

32.Generate Distribution Model for Transaction Data Transfer to SAP EWM
33.Maintain Number Ranges for Consolidation Group (/SCWM/DSGR) for both
warehouses in transaction code SNRO
34.Fix for serial number load should be in cutover list
35.After the batch stock is loaded, make sure batch expiry dates are not
overwritten
