Vision Solutions
Today, vision solutions are gaining popularity for machines. In order to
increase productivity and provide some environmental awareness, video
images are increasingly being shared via smart devices between various
units and cabs and between machines in the field and staff at the office.
Vision solutions are being deployed in a wide range of industries, from
construction to logistics and from warehousing to agriculture.

The operator’s view of the fork position, load, and immediate


surroundings can be supplemented with an Orlaco camera.

FAMOS Camera Systems for Counterbalance Trucks


The FAMOS Camera is an extremely sturdy, compact industrial camera. The
advanced CMOS sensor camera is shock and vibration-proof, 100% waterproof, has
heated lens glass and provides a quality image in all weather conditions. In addition,
the integrated ‘safety ticker’ detects frozen images, to notify operators that the
camera is active. The FAMOS camera has been redesigned, reducing the number
of parts and allowing the camera to achieve the highest EMC standards. With its
advanced CMOS sensor, the camera has a light sensitivity of 0.05 lux. With a special
hard coating to help prevent scratches, the heated lens glass is standard.

To help minimize damage to goods, an Orlaco camera allows the operator to see
where the forks are entering a pallet for accurate fork placement. It is ideal for
storage spaces where visibility is extremely limited due to height, shelving depth,
or low light conditions. A mounting bracket for installation will
need to be added locally.

FAMOS Rear View Camera
Operators should always look in the direction of travel. Orlaco’s FAMOS Rear View
Camera can help provide some environmental awareness of the area immediately
behind the machine before the operator travels in reverse. With a rear view system,
the camera is mounted on the back of the truck. The RLED monitor comes with a
fully adjustable clamp bracket that is mounted in the truck’s cabin.

Fork View Camera (Mid-Mast Mount)
Picking or placing a load at extreme heights can sometimes be challenging.
However, when a camera monitor system is used to see the placement of the forks
and load, it allows for more efficient operation of the forklift. The AMOS camera
system is suitable for both single- and double-reach trucks.
