Course Title: Mathematics, Science, and Technology (MST)

Course Code: MST 101


Credit Units: 3 units
Time Duration: 54 hours (18 weeks, 3 hours/week)
Pre-requisite: None
Course Description: This course provides an integrated approach to the study of
mathematics, science, and technology, focusing on the fundamental concepts, principles,
and applications of these disciplines in real-world contexts.
Course Objectives:
1. To develop an understanding of the fundamental concepts and principles of
mathematics, science, and technology.
2. To apply mathematical and scientific concepts to solve problems and make
informed decisions in real-world contexts.
3. To develop critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills in mathematics,
science, and technology.
4. To appreciate the interconnections and relationships between mathematics,
science, and technology.
Course Outcomes:
Upon completing this course, students will be able to:
1. Demonstrate an understanding of mathematical concepts, including algebra,
geometry, and trigonometry.
2. Apply scientific principles and concepts to explain natural phenomena and solve
problems.
3. Identify and explain the relationships between mathematics, science, and
technology.
4. Analyze and solve problems using mathematical and scientific concepts.
