A. DESIRED OBJECTIVES
By the end of the lesson, students will be able to:
- Assess students’ understanding of vocabulary, grammar, and reading skills from Units 1,
2, and 3.
- Evaluate students’ writing and speaking abilities (if applicable).
- Identify strengths and areas for improvement for future lessons.
B. MATERIALS NEEDED
- Printed/digital test papers.
- Answer sheets (if needed).
- Writing tools (pencils, erasers, pens).
- Timer/clock.
- Optional: Flashcards or bonus tasks for early finishers.
D. LESSON STRUCTURE
1. Introduction (5 –10 minutes)
Teacher Actions:
1. Greet students warmly and set a calm and focused tone.
2. Explain the purpose of the test: "Today, we will review what we have learned in
Units 1, 2, and 3. This will help us understand what we know well and what we
need to work on."

Test Breakdown

2. Grammar (10 points)

3. Reading Comprehension (10 points)
o Short passage based on topics from Units 1–3.
o Answer 3–5 comprehension questions.

o Writing: Describe a daily routine or a family member in 3–5 sentences.
o Speaking: Answer 1–2 simple questions related to family, routines, or Unit 3
topics.
Teacher Actions During Test
Distribute test papers and ensure all students understand the instructions.
Monitor quietly to ensure focus and prevent cheating.
Offer clarifications only on instructions, not test content.
Track time and provide updates: “You have 15 minutes left.”
3. Post-Test Activity (10–15 minutes)
1. Collect Test Papers: Ensure all materials are submitted.
2. Quick Class Feedback: Discuss the test generally without going into answers:
