Ar ficial Intelligence & Data Science
Articial Intelligence & Machine Learning is a specialized branch in Computer
Science & Engineering dealing with simulation of human intelligence by machines.
The future of AI is bright. Going by the pace with which every industry is applying AI
in their domain, studying ML opens world of opportunities to develop cutting edge
ML applications in various verticals – such as cyber security, image recognition,
medicine, or face recognition. Use of AI will result in optimizing the routine
process and improving efciency in business processes.
Data science is about the implementation of this knowledge through several tools
and programming languages which is turning out to be an essential part of the curriculum as it helps lay a strong foundation for
students to be updated in the evolving market scenario.

TRAINING & PLACEMENT

The T & P Department is functioning with a vision of providing excellent career guidance,
counselling, training and placement support to eligible students. The focus is on inviting
leading Corporates to the Institution so that students receive the best placement offers.
Training and skill development programmes with experts from industries and specialised
organisations are on ongoing activity. Some of the topics covered are analytical ability,
logical and reasoning skills, time management, corporate work culture, aptitude &
analytical skills, decision making, leadership, change management , public speaking,
technical skills etc., which are in addition to pre-placement training. The Department also organizes VAP's relevant for Industry
requirements.
