The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and innovative QA Automation - Trainee Engineer to join our team
in Bangalore.

How you’ll contribute


• Awareness of any programming and skills like (Ex: Java, Python, Ruby, Java script etc.)
• Extremely detail-oriented, with a knack for design details, and an aptitude for uplifting
quality.
• Strong empathy for end-user experience.
• Identifying gaps in the application at early development phase.
• Should have an overall understanding of software development life cycle.
• Developing highly complex automated test scripts with focus on catching issues.
• Understanding of databases and query language (SQL)
• Understanding of working in windows and unix environments.
• Ensuring cross-platform functionality for mobile phones & handheld devices.
• Strong understanding of Webservices/APIs (XML and Json)
• Exposure to testing tool like Selenium

• Candidates must have a BE/B.tech in CSE, ECE, or IT, with a minimum of 70% or a 7.0
CGPA, graduated in 2023 or 2024.

Type of employment
• Extensive training program for Initial 4 months. (Sep – Dec 2024)
• A full- time employment post the training period, subject to performance.

Compensation
• Trainee Engineer – Stipend INR 40k per month (4 months)
• Full Time Employment – INR 8.5 LPA + 30% benefits (~ INR 11 LPA)
