Important Note:
The examination may be spread over several days, depending upon the number of
candidates. The exact time and date of examination is given in the admit card.
Therefore travel arrangements should not be finalized until the admit card is received

3 EXAMINATION FEE
Candidate may submit their examination fee using following payment option :
1. Any MEEZAN Bank Branch throughout Pakistan. Examination fee: Rs.15,000
2. Online payment using Debit / Credit Card Handling Charges: Rs.50
Total: Rs.15,050
IMPORTANT NOTE :
Bank draft / Pay order will not be accepted.

4 REFUND OF FEE
Seventy five percent of the examination fee shall be refunded to the candidate after deduction of 25%
processing charges subject to:
Application for withdrawal from the examination received on or before the specified date.
Rejection of the application by CPSP on account of ineligibility.
In all other cases the fee paid for a particular examination will not be refunded or carried over
to next examination in case of withdrawal after specified date, absence/exclusion from the
examination for any reason.

5 A P P L I C A T I O N F O R MS
Application Forms are available on website of CPSP (www.cpsp.edu.pk)that can be downloaded and
submitted online method in Two steps. Candidates are requested to fill online applications only and it is
mandatory to completed on line submission procedure having step 1 and 2 within due date.

Only application forms issued for February 2025 examination will be accepted.
SEPARATE ONLINE APPLICATION FORMS ARE TO BE USED BY FRESH
AND REPEATER APPLICANTS

6 VENUE OF EXAMINATI ON
THEORY
The theory examinations are held si multaneously in dif ferent cities of Pakistan. The candidates have an option
to choose one of these venues for appea ring in the theor y examination according to their convenienc e.
The choice of the city should be clea rly indicated in the appropriate b ox in the application form. How ever,
CPSP reserves the r ight to delete a par ticular centre on the basis of logistic reason s.

O R AL / C LINICA L
The College can hold oral/p ractical/clinical examination in one or more cities of the country depending upon the
number of candidates eligible to take this examination and logistic facilities available in that city irrespective of
the venue at which a candidate appeared in theory examination. Exact Venue of Oral/Clinical/Practical
examination will be communicated after the theor y examination.
