Indented Style

This is the oldest style of typed writing the letters. The word “indented” generally refers
to the beginning of first line of each paragraph by indenting in the left side of the margin
of the letter 5 or 7 spaces and typing the remaining lines of each paragraph from the left
set margin

First write all the address

Lets write the Body of the letter so start with the subject

Subject: Non-payment of dues

Dear sir ,
We hope this message finds you well. We have
contacted you several times on 14th June, 26th July, and
again on 10th August about the balance amount of Rs.
25,000/- (Twenty-five thousand only) for the electrical goods
supplied as per Order No. 36. However, we have not yet
received a response or payment.
(beginning of every para leave 5 or 7 space from the left
margin )

If the payment is not made by 20th July, we may


have to involve our legal team to resolve this issue.
We kindly request you to settle the account as soon
as possible.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter,
and we look forward to hearing from you soon.

Note : First line of each paragraph should be intended by 5 or 7 spaces ,rest of


the text can be written from the left margin .closure also at the end right side
