Good morning!
 Greet the trainees
 Roll call of the First, I would like to welcome each and every one. I am IVY
attendance GRACE B. PALANOG, your facilitator in ORGANIC
 Explain purpose of AGRICULTURE PRODUCTION NC II
RPL and Learner’s
characteristics Second, I would like to thank you for choosing TESDA
Training Center- General Santos City as your training venue.
LEARNING RESOURCE AREA
Before we go on let me first check the attendance. As I call
your name, please raise your right hand and say present.

This time, I am going to administer the pre-assessment tools


for you to fill-up. The purpose of this pre-assessment tools is
for us to know if you have a prior learning.

I hope you really answer honestly the pre-


assessment tools because all the information or
any information for that matter will be very
useful as we will go on with our training sessions.
 Learner’s Profile form to identify the individual
learning styles.

competencies just answer yes or NO.

 PRE-TEST - to determine and measure current


knowledge about the topics covered in the
qualification-don’t worry this is not recorded it just
me to know if you have a prior learning in your
qualification.

about the CBT
o Explain 3 principles and then the rest just read
only.
o Take note that the power point presentation
will end up on the shop layout
NOTE: After your PowerPoint presentation, turn off your
slideshow presentation/ TV

 Tour the trainees to all This time, we will all go around for you to familiarize your
the learning areas selves with the different areas in the training center. It is
very important that you are very familiar and acquainted
with the different areas so that as you go along with your
training you will know where to go.

At this point I will be assigning you your respective Work Station

Ms. Sutacio this is your Work Station Number 2 which Is Produce organic
vegetables.

Ms. Sutacio this is your CBLM on UC #2 which is produce organic


vegetables will you please read the Information Sheet and after reading
the information sheet answer the self-check and you can check your
answer base on the answer key. If any question and clarification just call
my attention.

Information Sheet 2.1.1 under PRODUCEC ORGANIC vegetable

After reading the Information Sheet 2.1.1 on establish
nursery, please answer self -check 2.1-1 and compare your
answer to the answer key.

YES, then let’s proceed to the PRACTICAL WORK AREA


PRACTICAL WORK AREA
Here in Practical Work Area, here is the Task Sheet 2.1-1 on
_____along with Performance Criteria Checklist 2.1-1

First, I will demonstrate on how to prepare growth media


Note: Please always wear your PPE upon demonstration for
your safety precautions

Ask trainee if ready for demonstration.

prepare growth media and to evaluate your performance,

NOTE: Give ample time for the trainee for Mastery of Skills
(Demo again, read Info Sheet again)

After the performance of the Trainee, check the Achievement


Chart.

I have noticed that you have done with all the tasks in UC 2
which is the establish nursery and plant seedling. Please tell
me if you are ready to undergo the Institutional assessment
for your UC 2 which is the produce organic vegetables

NOTE: Trainee: “Maam/ Sir, I am ready to undergo the


Institutional Assessment on UC 2 establish nursery.”

Let’s proceed to the Institutional Assessment Area for the


Written Test/ Oral Questioning.
INSTITUTIONAL Resources: Specific Instruction to the Trainee and Written Test
ASSESSMENT AREA NOTE: Verbalize the specific instruction.

PRACTICAL WORK AREA Perform Actual Demonstration (Instruct using/ wearing of


appropriate PPE again)

Feedbacking: Use SANDWICH METHOD, Kiss, Kick and Hug


Method. Emphasize Room for improvement
make your feedback based on the actual performance of your
trainee during written, demo and oral questioning.

Based on my observation during your Written examination


you got the score of 9 out 10 which is good
Based on my observation during your demonstration, you
performed properly all the required tasks.
And then you answered all the questions during the Oral
Interview correctly, therefore your Insitutional Assessment
Result is COMPETENT/ NOT YET COMPETENT.

I will now record your result in the Progress Chart.

Award Certificate of Achievement for UC 2 on produce organic


vegetables.

NATIONAL COMPETENCY ASSESSMENT

Since you have completed all the units of the competency in


organic agriculture NC II, therefore you are now ready to take
the National Competency Assessment. Please go the nearest
Competency Assessment Center ORGANIC AGRICULTURE NC
II, please bring 2pcs. Passport Size (White Background with
Collar), please fill- up the Application Form and also the
payment for the Assessment Fee.

Once again congratulations, trainee!


Before you go I have here the Evaluation Form, please fill up
the evaluation form based on your honest evaluation. The
purpose of this evaluation form is for me to improve my
training and facilities, resources for areas of improvement in
the future trainings.
