Greetings of peace.

Relative to the announcement of the Office of the Schools Division Superintendent, Schools
_____________________, I am writing to formally express my interest in applying for the
position of Principal I. I am currently serving as _____________ School and a passer of the
National Qualifying Examination for School Heads 2023 (NQESH) last May 26, 2024. With a
solid foundation in both classroom teaching and educational leadership, I am confident that I am
well-prepared to transition into the role of school principal and contribute to the growth and
development of the institution.

During my tenure as a Master Teacher I at ________ School, I have had the privilege of not only
teaching but also leading initiatives that enhance the academic and professional development of
both students and fellow educators. I have worked closely with colleagues in mentoring,
implementing curriculum innovations, and improving school performance. My experience in
these areas has strengthened my management, communication, and leadership skills, all of which
are essential for a principalship position.

As a passionate educator, I have always strived to inspire my students and colleagues to aim for
excellence. I am eager to take on the added responsibilities of a school leader and I am excited
by the opportunity to make a broader impact within the DepEd community. I believe my vision
aligns with the goals of the Department, and I am confident in my ability to effectively lead,
manage, and support a school towards its objectives.

Moreover, I recently passed the NQESH, which I believe further equips me with the knowledge,
skills, and competencies needed to manage school resources effectively, promote a positive
school culture, and inspire both students and staff to achieve excellence. I am committed to the
Department of Education's mission to deliver quality education and I believe my leadership
abilities will allow me to create an environment that is not only conducive to learning but also
supports the professional growth of teachers and the holistic development of students.
