Remark for Mixing Sample Test:

1) Mixing 3 materials as one testing group（1:1:1）is based on the test request and hereby ask for your consideration on
behalf of your company.
2) PASS or Fail conclusion may not be shown on the test report in specific condition.
3) Mixing sample in one testing may lead to discrepancy in case of different testing because of heterogeneous materials.
Test result of mixed sample will not represent that of individual material. Further analysis and additional test fee based on
individual material may be needed.

1. Validity 有效性

The validity of the quotation is based upon the assumption that the information submitted by the client is complete and correct.
If service requirements are discovered to be different as informed by the client, the price will be adjusted and the client will be
informed accordingly.
