This thesis examines how Naam Kyun Rakha portrays family dynamics and cultural identity in modern Pakistani
cinema, focusing on the influence of YouTube on narrative structures. Using Narrative Theory and Textual Analysis, it
explores themes like generational conflict and the balance between tradition and modernity. The study highlights how
YouTube’s interactive features are reshaping traditional narratives and transforming Pakistani cinema.
