III. Rationale Institutionalizing a School Action Research provides an

opportunity for the teachers to actualize, document, and provide
resolutions primarily to the existing classroom-based
challenges/predicaments such as: addressing academic gaps,
challenges, limitations, and concerns among SPED learners
under the new normal education. Moreover, the conduct of these
research initiatives can also discover a wide array of
opportunities and benefits to cultivate and breed creativity,
innovation, and knowledge production necessary to promote
21st-century learning for 21st-century learners even amidst the
threat and uncertainties brought about by COVID-19. It is
believed that through action research, one can learn it best by
enforcing practical undertakings to address the learning gap
among learners. Hence, it is desired that at the end of this
School-based Webinar-Workshop on Action Research, the
teacher will have a concrete and feasible output which is an
action research proposal and a completed action research.
