Topcon CMS 610 Pre-Installation Testing Checklist

1. Physical Inspection

- Check the exterior: Inspect the system for any visible damage (scratches, dents, or loose parts).

- Verify all parts are included: Ensure that all required components (including the monitor, power

cables, footswitch, etc.) are present.

- Cleanliness: Ensure that the device is free from dust, dirt, or any foreign substances.

2. Power System Check

- Plug in the device: Ensure that the Topcon CMS 610 powers on without any issues.

- Power supply inspection: Verify that the power cord is intact and there are no signs of wear or

damage.

- Check the backup power: If the device has a backup power source (e.g., UPS), ensure it is

functional.

3. Boot-Up and Initialization

- Boot the system: Turn on the CMS 610 and ensure that it boots up to the main interface without

errors.

- Initial system self-test: Ensure the system passes this self-test.

user.

- Installation guide review: Review the installation guide to ensure all manufacturer instructions are
followed.

- User training materials: Ensure any user training materials are ready for the customer (either

physical or digital).

Additional Steps Post-Installation:

- On-Site Calibration: Once the system is installed at the user's location, perform a final calibration to

ensure the device adapts to its new environment.
