offers immersive on-the-job training and essential skills development. If you’ve completed 12th

grade and are ready to gain real-world experience that bridges the gap between education
and a professional career, this program is designed for you.

Internship
6 Take the first step towards your career as a final year student with our Internship Program.
Engage in a 6-month internship where you’ll perform meaningful work that directly
MONTH contributes to our business growth. Successful interns may transition into full-time roles within
our various tracks, including opportunities in our customer service centers, at Synchrony.
