Conflict Resolution Interview Questions:


1. Tell me about a time when you were involved in a disagreement or conflict with a
colleague or team member. How did you handle the situation, and what was the
outcome?
o S: Describe the situation and the nature of the conflict.
o T: What was your specific role in resolving the conflict?
o A: What steps did you take to manage the disagreement constructively?
o R: What was the result, and how did the conflict resolution impact your
relationship or the team's productivity?
2. Can you share an example of a time when you had to mediate a conflict between
two other people? What actions did you take to facilitate a resolution?
o S: Explain the context of the conflict and your role as the mediator.
o T: What was the issue or disagreement that needed to be addressed?
o A: How did you approach both parties, and what strategies did you use to
mediate?
o R: What was the outcome of your intervention, and how was the conflict
resolved?
3. Describe a time when you disagreed with a supervisor or senior team member.
