Dear Parents,

Please find the attached Annual Exam timetable for grade IX/XI

Assessment Date: 19/2/2024- 28/2/2024

Pattern of Assessment: as per CBSE pattern

Blue Print will be shared by the subject teachers in the class

Important instructions:

• Students will be writing in the Answer Sheets provided by the school.


• Students are required to write their Name, Class, Section, Exam, Roll no, Subject and
page number on the top of every page of the answer sheet.
• All questions are compulsory.
• Duration of the exam: 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
• Students to enter the exam hall by 9: 05 a.m.
• The question paper will be given by the Invigilators at 9: 15 a.m.
• Reading time -9:15 a.m. – 9: 30a.m
• Answer scripts should be clear and neat.
• Exam days are full working day.
• Non-Exam days are study holidays.
• All students should be present on time
