Work Hours:
The work schedule is 6 days per week, 11 hours per day, including a 1-hour lunch break.

company for them up to that moment.
The employee is responsible for the safekeeping of personal documents such as their passport and visa.
• The employee must ensure the validity of these documents and send the passport to the Visa
Department of the company one month before the visa expiration date.
• If the employee fails to do so, the employer is not responsible for delays or issues with the
authorities.
The employee must provide the financial office with their bank account number to facilitate salary
payments.
Conflict Resolution:
The employer is not responsible for resolving any potential conflicts that arise at the worksite or
dormitory.
Annual Leave:
• Annual leave is available after six months of work and must be approved by management.
• If the employee terminates the employment relationship without approval from management,
they will face a penalty of forfeiting one month’s salary.
The employee is responsible for paying their own taxes. These are not the responsibility of the
employer.
Upon arrival, the employee is required to pay $200 for the work visa at the airport.
Within three days, the employee must submit their passport to the company’s Visa Department.
