INFORMATION

This document is arranged between the Company, Mabco Constructions S.A., and the employee
PRAVEEN KUMAR VERMA, born in India, with passport number B9928143 date of birth 10/02/2000,

Notification of Employee Rights and Obligations

Position and Work Location:


The employee will work as an ELECTRICIAN at worksites in Kazakhstan.

Work Hours:
The work schedule is 6 days per week, 11 hours per day, including a 1-hour lunch break.
If requested to work overtime, particularly on Sundays, compensation will be provided in the form of
days off.

Payment and Contract Duration:

• The employee’s monthly salary is 1,170 USD/4.5 USD Per hour.

• Employment contracts are for 2 years.

• To initiate the procedure for obtaining work permission in Kazakhstan, the employee must
present a diploma or certificate with an apostille stamp.

Employer’s Obligations:

The employer will provide the employee with the following:

• Work clothes and materials.

• Dormitory accommodation.

• Meals at both the worksite and dormitory.

• Transportation between the dormitory and the worksite (and vice versa).

The employee may choose to live in a private flat, but the employer will not compensate for rent,
transport, or food.
Monthly Advance:

The employee will receive a regular monthly advance. Requests for any additional advances will not be
approved.

Penalties for Unjustified Absences:

• For any unreasonable absences, the employee will face a penalty of €300 per day.

• If such absences continue for three days, the employer reserves the right to terminate the
employee's contract.

• In this case, the employee will be obligated to cover all financial expenses incurred by the
company for them up to that moment.

Responsibility for Personal Documents:

The employee is responsible for the safekeeping of personal documents such as their passport and visa.

• The employee must ensure the validity of these documents and send the passport to the Visa
Department of the company one month before the visa expiration date.

• If the employee fails to do so, the employer is not responsible for delays or issues with the
authorities.

Bank Account for Salary Payments:

The employee must provide the financial office with their bank account number to facilitate salary
payments.

Conflict Resolution:

The employer is not responsible for resolving any potential conflicts that arise at the worksite or
dormitory.

Annual Leave:

• Annual leave is available after six months of work and must be approved by management.

• If the employee terminates the employment relationship without approval from management,
they will face a penalty of forfeiting one month’s salary.

• Payment for annual leave is processed after 36 months of work.


Employee Tax Obligations:

The employee is responsible for paying their own taxes. These are not the responsibility of the
employer.

Visa and Work Permit Costs:

Upon arrival, the employee is required to pay $200 for the work visa at the airport.
Within three days, the employee must submit their passport to the company’s Visa Department.

Salary Deductions:

The following expenses will be deducted from the employee’s salary:

1. Work permit in Kazakhstan: $500

2. Plane ticket: [dependent on price]

3. Insurance for disasters: ~$40
