Subject: Request for Computer System Servicing NC II Enhancement Training for Senior
High School Students (TVL Track) on January 6-17, 2025

Dear Sir/Madam,

Warm greetings!

In line with our commitment to providing quality technical-vocational education to our students,
the St. Peter Baptist College Foundation Inc. would like to formally request your assistance in
conducting an enhancement training for Computer System Servicing NC II for our Senior
High School students (TVL Track). We are planning to hold this training from January 6 to
17, 2025.

This program is essential for preparing our students to meet the industry demands for computer
system servicing and equipping them with the skills necessary to achieve TESDA certification.
The training will include advanced hands-on practice in computer hardware and software
installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, ensuring their readiness for real-world
applications.

We believe that Ragay Polytechnic Skills Institute (RPSI), as a well-established provider of

technical training, is the ideal partner to facilitate this program. Specifically, we would like to
request:

1. A structured enhancement training aligned with the TESDA Computer System

Servicing NC II curriculum.
2. Access to your facilities, tools, and equipment during the training.
3. Flexi
4. ble arrangements to accommodate the schedule and requirements of our participants.

We are confident that this collaboration will enhance the technical competencies of our students
and reinforce our shared goal of promoting technical-vocational excellence.

Thank you very much for considering this request. We look forward to your positive response
and a fruitful partnership in empowering the youth through education and skills development.

Yours sincerely,

MARK CHRISTIAN S. BIEN
