Minutes of the Sangguniang Kabataan Meeting

Date: August 17, 2024


Time: 8:00 AM
Location: Barangay. Bonghon, Dolores, E. Samar, Barangay. Hall

I. Opening
- The meeting was called to order at 8:00 AM by Norman C. Baula.
- Roll call was conducted. Present were:
1. Norman C. Baula SK Chairman
2. Ma. Isabel C. Tegero SK Member
3. Rodmark A. Rapis SK Member
4.. Noime B. Tombado SK Member
5. Lope B. Baldos Jr. SK Member
6. Brent Ryniel B. Macabulnot SK Member

10. Mernalyn A. Bacur SK Secretary
- Quorum was established.

II. Agenda

1. Clean-Up Drive Proposal

SK Chairman Norman Baula presented a proposal for a monthly clean-up drive, outlining the
following key points:

- Objective: To promote environmental awareness and community involvement in keeping


Barangay Bonghon clean and green.
- Target Participants: Youth of Barangay Bonghon.
- Proposed Schedule: Every 3rd week of the month.
- Duration: 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
- Meeting Point: Barangay Hall.
- Clean-up Areas: Roadsides with lots of grass.
- Materials: Dustpan, trash bags, gloves, brooms, and machete.
- Lunch Break: A boodle fight will be held after the clean-up drive for all participants.

Action Items:

- Norman Baula will be responsible for coordinating with the barangay officials to secure
necessary permits and support.
- Ma. Isabel Tegero will create a list of materials needed and coordinate with volunteers to
gather them.
- Mernalyn Bacur will be responsible for organizing the boodle fight and gathering food
contributions.

III. Adjournment
- There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 10:30 AM.
