face
A face is a flat surface of a solid. vertex
An edge is the line where two faces meet. Plan
A vertex is a point at which three or more edges meet. edge
A plan of a solid is the view from directly overhead (bird’s eye view).
An elevation is the view from the front or the side of the solid.
