The (RFP) documents may be ‘obtained from the office of Superintending Engineer, Buildings Circle, No: 01 Rawalpindi ‘on payment of Rs.5,000/- in the shape of Cash in favor of Superintending Engineer, Buildings Circle, No: 01 Rawalpindi and it will be issued to only those firm which are already pre-qualified by the P&D Board, Government of the Punjab, under infrastructure Buildings for the financial year 2024-25 A firm will be selected under the Quality & Cost Based Selection (QCBS) and procedures described in this RFP. All bidders must furnish Bid security amounting to Rs.158,000/- (Rupees One Lac Fifty Eight Thousand Only) in the shape of Bank Guarantee/CDR, issued by scheduled bank in Pakistan, in favor of “Executive Engineer Buildings Division, Attock” in Pak Rupees (PKR), as part of Technical Proposal, failing which shall result in rejection of the bid.
