b. The fee for your accommodation (RFUF) in the Kiviz Executive Lodge = GH¢ 4,800.00
Make sure to pay the above fees (stating your Student Reference Number) in the correct bank account
as it applies to your programme and your assigned accommodation above indicated in the attached fee
schedule. You will be required to show the original copies of the Bank Pay-in-Slips during registration on
campus. Deadline for payment is Thursday, 5th December, 2024.
6. You will be on probation for the full duration of your programme and may be withdrawn from the
University at any time for unsatisfactory academic performance or misconduct. You will be required to
adhere to ALL University rules and regulations as promulgated from time to time in the Statutes and in
the Students Guide.
7. You are affiliated to Gold Refinery Hall as a NON RESIDENT student. Non-resident students have
been assigned to hostels and they may secure their own accommodation. Students assigned to
University Halls as Resident students will receive text message to book their rooms which operate on a
first come first serve basis.
8. Overleaf are instructions and personal protective equipment that are meant to guide you for a successful
stay and study at this University. Please read them carefully and prepare yourself accordingly.
9. Your admission is subject to your being declared medically fit by the University Medical Officer. You are
therefore, requested to undertake a chest X-Ray test when you report to campus. All students are also to
register with the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) and bring along their valid NHIS cards to the
University. The valid cards will be inspected at the registration points.
10. Friday 10th January 2025 is the tentative date for the commencement of the academic year. Students are
to report first to their Halls of residence for registration when they arrive. Orientation programme would
begin on Monday 13th January, 2025 for all fresh students.
11. All admitted students should note that attendance to Matriculation is Compulsory, failing which the
student should consider his/her admission revoked. All students are to be punctual for Matriculation.
12. Fill the acceptance letter attached to your admission documents to indicate whether or not you accept
this offer under all the stated conditions (please indicate the programme of study). You will submit the
acceptance letter, application documents and the pay-in-slips during departmental registration on
campus. After the Thursday, 5th December, 2024 deadline, your place will be offered to someone else
on the waiting list if you do not pay the full provisional non-refundable fee.
