PROJECT PROPOSAL SAMPLE TEMPLATE

Here is a sample guideline for supporting whatever you want to do in a certain project
proposal on the selected topic. When we write the project proposal, you should at least try
to take into consideration to integrate the following components:

name, id no…….etc

6. Introduction / background of the organization or project ............................... in new page

o Mission, vision and objective of the organization for which you are going to develop
the new system, etc…
7. Statement of the problem
Existing System Study
 Describe how the existing system functions (manual, semi –automated,
automated )
 List and describe the problems in the existing system
Proposed System
o Brief description of the proposed solutions for the problems
8. Objective
o General
o Specific
9. Scope of project
o Clearly show the functions (boundary) of your system that is expected to cover
10. Significant of project
11. Feasibility of project
o Technical feasibility
o Economic feasibility
o Operational feasibility
12. Project Methodology: we should recall to System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
or if there any other methodologies. SDLC have the following steps such as
planning, analysis, design, implementing and testing.
o Data gathering techniques
o Analysis phase / Requirement Gathering
o Design methodology: you should recall to object oriented system development
methodology (OOSDM).
o Implementation techniques

 Hardware requirement
 Software requirement
o Testing methodology
 Unit Testing
 Integration Testing
 System Testing
13. Budget Scheduling
o You can use table to list them such as in below figure:
