● Some students may confuse the use of frequency adverbs or the sentence structure for routines and chores.

2. Activity 2: Game “Chores Detective” (15 mins)

Objective: Practice speaking about daily routines and chores using target grammar
forms.
Materials: Flashcards or a list of daily activities and chores.

How to Play:

1. Divided class into 2 teams


2. One team is the "detective," and the other is the "suspect."
3. The "detective" asks questions using the target grammar:
○ "When does he/she ______ his/her ______?"
Example: "When does she do her homework?"
■ Answer: "She does her homework after school."
○ "What are his/her chores?"
Example: "What are her chores?"
■ Answer: "She usually sweeps the floor and washes the
dishes."
4. The "suspect" answers using frequency adverbs or specific times.
5. Rotate roles and repeat with different chores/daily routines.

Breaktime 10 minutes
