3. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Once the OTP has been entered, IDFC First Bank will send a
message to your registered mobile number to update your KYC.
4. The link will redirect you to Digi Locker website, where you will need to enter your 12-digit Aadhaar card number
and captcha details, and then click on 'Next'.
5. The OTP will be valid for 10 minutes. Please update the OTP and click on 'Continue'.
6. If you remember your Digi locker PIN, enter your 6-digit PIN and click on continue.
7. If you have forgotten your Digi Locker PIN, you can click on “Forget security PIN”. Update your DOB as per Aadhar
and click continue (This will allow you to set a new PIN). Enter the PIN and click continue.
9. You will get a “Successful” update page on E-KYC updated (KYC type will reflect in 5 minutes after updation).
NOTE: The name of the customer must match exactly in FASTag bank as per “Aadhar”, the customer's phone
number must be linked with their “Aadhaar” and “PAN number”, and that phone number must be registered with
IDFC. Only then the KYC be updated.
