Dear Khushi,

We are pleased to welcome you to EdgeNRoots Solutions Pvt. Ltd. We believe your skills, enthusiasm,
and collaboration with our team will contribute significantly to the success of the organization. We look
forward to building a long and mutually rewarding association with you.

Following our discussions, we are delighted to offer you the position of Backend developer Intern with
the company. Your place of work will be Delhi, though the position will be remote.

Compensation Details:

• Internship Period (3 Months)

o Please note that this is an unpaid internship, and there will be no compensation provided
for the duration of this program. However, we hope that the experience and exposure you
will gain with us will be beneficial to your career development.

• Post Internship (Full-time Employment):

Upon successful completion of the internship and based on your performance, you will be
considered for full-time employment

Your appointment will be governed by the terms and conditions of employment specified in Annexure A.
You will be expected to adhere to the company's rules, regulations, and practices, which may be subject to
change from time to time. In the event of any conflict between the terms of Annexure A and company
policies, the latter will prevail.

Please note that your compensation details are confidential, and any discussion regarding the same
should be limited to your direct manager, if necessary.

We expect you to operate with a high level of initiative, efficiency, and professionalism. At all times, your
actions should reflect the best interests of the company and maintain its reputation.

We are excited to have you on board and look forward to your contributions during the internship and
beyond.
ANNEXURE - A

Terms & Conditions of Employment

1. Probation Period:

o Initial probation period of three (3) months, extendable or reducible at the Company's
discretion.

o Termination during probation requires a notice period of thirty (30) days or payment in
lieu.

o Salary in lieu of notice may not be accepted by the Company during probation.

o Successful completion leads to confirmation of appointment unless otherwise informed.

2. Duties:

o Compliance with company rules and regulations.

o Full-time dedication during working hours.

o Potential transfer to different locations or clients as per company discretion.

o Regular communication and reporting to the manager.

o Prohibition on engaging in other business without prior consent.

o Adherence to confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements.

3. Place of Work:

o Employment at any company office, affiliate, or customer location as per business


requirements.

o Possibility of temporary or permanent transfers to different departments or locations.

o Compliance with relocation rules and policies.

4. Separation of Employment:

o Termination notice period varies based on circumstances.

o Immediate termination possible for specific reasons such as misconduct or breach of


agreement.

o Zero-tolerance policy towards sexual harassment.

5. Code of Conduct:

o Upholding honesty, integrity, and company regulations.

o Adherence to the company's Code of Conduct.


6. Representation and Warranties:

o Employment offer based on provided information.

o Agreement to collect, use, and disclose personal information as necessary.

7. Non-Solicitation and Non-Compete:

o Restrictions on hiring former colleagues or soliciting customers post-employment.

o Prohibition on engaging in competitive activities during and after employment.

8. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property:

o Protection of confidential information and intellectual property.

o Company ownership of intellectual property created during employment.

o Agreement to maintain confidentiality and refrain from using proprietary information


without authorization.

You are required to submit the following documents at the time of joining:

1. Photocopies of your educational qualifications.


2. Previous Company relieving letter (Not applicable for freshers)
3. Aadhar Card
