Appointment Letter

MR. Saddam Ali,

Dear Saddam Ali,

We are pleased to inform you that, following your recent interview for the position of Business
Development Management we are delighted to offer you the position with Daaclay (Pvt) ltd.
Effective from 31 October 2024. Below are the terms and conditions of your employment:

1. Position: Business Development Management


2. Job Location: Islamabad
3. Compensation: Your starting monthly salary will be Rs. 50,000, payable in accordance
with the company's payroll schedule.
4. Commencement of Employment: Your employment will officially begin on 31
October 2024
5. Probation Period: You will be on probation for the first three (3) months of your
employment. During this period, your performance will be evaluated, and based on the
assessment, your continued employment will be confirmed.
6. Post-Probation Salary Review: Upon successful completion of your probation period, your
performance will be reviewed, and you may be considered for a salary raise depending on your
contribution and performance during the probation period.
7. Incentive plan for the each project will be different it will be the part of your Salary
8. Working Hours: Your standard working hours will be from 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM,
Monday through Saturday. You are expected to perform your duties to the best of your
ability during these hours.
9. Security and Documentation: Please also send me a scanned copy of the letter, your ID card,
and your educational documents
