Handball is played on

throwing the ball into
the opposing team's
goal.
Players are not
allowed to touch the
ball with their feet,
except for the
goalkeeper.
Players can take up to
three steps or dribble
the ball for up to
three seconds before
passing or shooting.
The goalkeeper is the
only player allowed to
use their feet within
the goal area.
Body contact is
permitted for
defenders trying to
stop attackers.

times. The men’s
handball’s debut in

International Handball
