LESSON PLAN IN TEACHING TEAM SPORTS

I. Objectives

At the end of the lesson, 95% of the student will be able to identify, analyze, and prepare
to play Handball.

1. Identify handball using different pictures accurately;


2. Analyze effectively the importance of the rules of playing handball using questions;
3. Prepare to play handball in a practical game using all the materials needed.
The student will be able to be cooperative, participative, and appreciative.

Women's handball

Rules and Gameplay
 Handball is played on
a rectangular court

Players can take up to
three steps or dribble
the ball for up to
three seconds before

times. The men’s
handball’s debut in

added in 1976.
International Handball
Federation (IHF)
established in 1946, a
governing body for
international handball. The
handball court has two
goals in each end and its
standard match consists of
two 30-minute halves.
