Question 1
1(a)
(i) Evaluation tests usability and functionality of system be carried out in the
laboratory, in the field and/or in collaboration with users. The evaluation
technique which covers both design and implementation should be
considered at all stages in the design life cycle. Discuss any three (3) of
these techniques. (12 marks)
(ii) To avoid some of the Human errors encounter during interaction, Abowd
and Beale framework is adopted. Describe how this framework can solve
computer interaction problem (4 marks)

(i) Briefly express your understanding of the term Ergonomics (6 marks)


(ii) The Dialogue style of interaction between computer and user and the
Distinct styles of interaction are the two major classes of interaction
styles. Briefly explain any four (4) forms of the interface in which they are
expressed in (8 marks)
