Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Kavya Thakur a student of Bachelor of Science (Hons) Electronic Science in the first semester at
Hansraj college . I am writing to request a change in the subject code for Creative writing (code:
2036001004) and Financial Literacy (code: 6967001008) to Creative writing (code: 2036000004) and
Financial Literacy (code: 6967000008).

The reason for this request is that due to misunderstanding I filled the code given in the 2022 sheet
and we were supposed to fill the one listed under 2023-2024 . I kindly request you to make the
necessary amendments to ensure my academic records reflect the correct subject code.
