PERENITY 5K
Film scanner PERENITY 5K
Designed especially to treat the archive materials. The PERENITY perfectly combines the rendering
quality, speed of execution and preservation of materials not to mention the ease of use.
Laser Detection
Perforations are detected by laser. It permits an accurate positioning of the picture. Combined
with KOLIBRI software, the Laser detection ensures excellent results even with your damaged
films.
No sprocket for detection: non-aggressive solution for your film.
With laser detection, PERENITY can handle with any type of shrinkage (up to 5%).

HDR is a set of digital techniques to achieve a high dynamic range in an image. n Output and format n Operating environment
His interest is to represent or memorize many levels of light intensity in an image. • Progressive camera with 5K sensor (5120x3840)
• Resolution 4K (4096x3112), 2K (2048x1556) or HD (1920x1080) • 15°C to 30°C
This technique is carried out for allocating more values at a same pixel. • 15% to 85% relative humidity non condensing
• 5K, 4K, 2K, HD-SDI 25p ou 50i, SD-SDI 4/3 – 16/9
HDR scanning is done using a multiple exposure method during which a scanner ‘stops • DPX couleur/N&B 10/16 bit (ANSI / SMPTE 268M-2003)

• Proxy H264 n Electrical requirements
Images are subsequently recombined into a single HDR image. • WAV/BMF • Operating voltage: 100-120 V / 200-240 V
• Bi-phase output, synchronization Genlock input and basic RS422 • Power consumption: 0.9 KVA

Technical characteristics
Horizontal positioning proper to a traditional viewing table:
• Two plates with a capacity of 600 m, bi-directional
• Convenient and easy use for physical film restoration
• Simplified film loading, large diameter rollers
• Film inspection at a stop position by forming a loop and using a
large illuminated ground glass
• Possibility to repair splices
• Equipped with a multi-units counter: images / meters / time.
