OFFER OF ADMISSION - (GHANAIAN) - ADMISSION NO : 2023105854

1.We write on behalf of the Academic Board to offer you admission into this University to read a two(2)
year programme leading to the award of DIPLOMA OF TECHNOLOGY CONSTRUCTION
ENGINEERING.

2. The offer is based on available information that you have satisfied the entry requirements for the
above mentioned programme of study.

3. Your admission is also subject to you being declared medically fit by the Medical Director of the
University to pursue the programme. You are accordingly required to come along with your National
Health Insurance Card.

4. The reopening date for the 2023/2024 academic year is Friday, 5th January 2024 .

5. You shall be on probation until matriculation whereafter you may become a junior member of the
University subject to the rules and regulations of the University.

6. Any applicant who falsify result(s) shall be withdrawn from the University forthwith and shall forfeit all
fees paid.

7. Kindly log on to apply.ttuportal.com with your serial number and pin to view the fee schedule. All
payment of fees should be done with your admission number above before the beginning of the
Academic Year.

8. Fee payment is for an Academic Year, and it is non-refundable.

9. Kindly note that acceptance of this offer of admission is subject to the full payment of the admission
fees on or before the close of registration.

10. Students admitted onto ICT and its related programmes, Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of
Applied Arts, and Faculty of Built and Natural Environment are required to report with laptop
computers to facilitate their studies.

11. You have been affiliated to Nzima-Mensah Hall. For accommodation in the Hall log on to
apply.ttuportal.com for instructions. Hall fees should be paid only to the University's Accounts
with GCB bank or UBA. Payment can be made in any of the banks' branches nationwide.
